I'd love to try this sans the cilantro. I'm allergic to it, and cannot tolerate it. It's very frustrating that so many recipes today call for cilantro. 😞

coconut rice? so the texture is kinda sticky and sweet right?
Some coconut rice calls for additional sweetener but I didn’t add any so it’s not particularly sweet. But it’s got a beautiful coconut flavor 😊
