Warnings:
1. The board belongs to high frequency square AC output; it is not suitable for the inductive appliance, such as motor, fan and coil transformer.
3. You should install a large heat sink to release its long time high-load (¡Y100W) work.
Despite those warnings:
- you used it for a fan
- you closed everything inside a thermal insulated box.
- the battery has 30 Wh, you presend to use the generator with a 150 W load, they will last less than 12 minutes.
- for a 150 W output on 220 V the battery is requested to provide more than 12 A… 12 A in those wires???

I Agree But There’s Some Mistakes In Your Comment.
First One Is The Fan Is Being Powered By A Phone Charger Which Outputs DC Voltage.
Second Is The Battery Pack. The BMS Will Cut Off The Power If The Current Draw Exceeds 10 Amps. That means 120w

@@Magneticitist you can buy these batteries from electric shop or if you want to save money than you can extract these from old laptop's batteries.

@@shahzadmughal7666 there are many different kinds of lithium cells that use different chemical makeups. If one is looking to build legit inverter that can actually Supply a good amount of power then you need to use high discharge cells like what can be found in lithium drill batteries. Otherwise you are using cells which are maybe good for 1.5 amp hours tops and can maybe deliver 5 to 6 amps continuous.

Extremely dangerous to build, handle and use. Mishandling high AC voltage can be fatal. These kind of cheap AC inverters produce weak quality sine wave than can destroy almost instantly every devices plugged on. There aren't any cooling system in the box so the components / batteries might start burning during long use period !

i was thinking about that phone charger.the output frequency is around 25khz to 50khz which is very high for that charger.inside the charger there are normal diodes probably 1n4007 which are getting damn heat due to high frequency and we also cannot use some devices with that much high frequency.the best option is to use a bridge rectifier at the output with fast diode to get 220v dc😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄

While being a proof of concept, I really doubt these cells or their wiring will handle 150 watts. Slapping a 150 watt inverter inside (and that's a manufacturers rating which probably is higher than in reality) and calling the whole design a 150 watt one is false, because it doesn't take into the account the real possible power of the whole design

Yes you are correct. I'm also using this simple inverter board. Output wave is a square wave. It's not efficient too. I believe in how much input we given, that much output only came out. So, consider the li-ion battery has maximum 3.5Ah. so the battery spec is 12.6V, 3.5Ah. so the power is 44.1W. So due to some external losses like heat, self loss so maximum 30-35W only we can use.
