I have been studying a lot of different artist doing different pours with different styles I believe you are my favorite. I cheered when you got the bucket flipped just right. You could have left it just like was it was beautiful. Then you began to tilt and I thought okay that’s good right there, don’t have to do anymore its beautiful. You kept going and I kept saying stop that’s enough and then no keep going. It is a beautiful piece of art. I haven’t done a pour yet. Now I’m afraid I won’t go far enough lol
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Hell Yeah !! , Having that ''wide bottom'' flip cup gives you the ability to get way more creative when stacking your color combos, I like to divide the bottom of the cup into 4 or 5 sections and add my colors in well thought out schemes...and shit, sometimes just wingin' it works out even better....
Very pretty!! Made me think of 1969-1973 my high school days! My bedroom was decorated in these colors. I actually still have the flower printed sheets! And no they are not dry rotted!!
I'm so doing this! My sister-in-law asked for a big piece for her fancy bathroom and I've been putting it off . . . she wants deep red, cream, and gold (and I'd add a little black for contrast) and I want to add some pops of gold leaf too . . I really need to get to it! Glad to have the challenge to motivate me! ;)
It appears to be an underwater seascape image, love it!, the colors are so calming, I always use metallics when I pour/paint, and if I don’t have a color in metallic, I make my own-woot!!
I really really like this and the colours in this. You could stare at it for hours. Of all the pours I’ve seen this is the best colour combinations and the result is spectacular ly beautiful
I don’t know the first thing about doing a video. I’m researching it though. Hopefully one day. However, Gina DeLuca does pours with a lot of paint and she catches her drips. So does Annemarie Ridderhof. It’s just a matter of not allowing the drips to fall right in the middle of a Painting. This is still a brilliant piece.
I am thrilled to see this amazing pour! It is beautiful, of course, but the varied structure and forms of cells were wonderful to see up close. As usual, you picked colors to delight our seeing. Just lovely. I’m hoping to get a chance to do a bucket pour. Hope I don’t drop it. You are an inspiration!
For who are afraid to flip the bucket on the canvas, i cover firmly the bucket with a big piece of a strong box, like shoe box, and turn both on the canvas. Take the bucket with one ferm hand and pull (tirez) towards you the box shoe cover.... And continue as usual.
It's beautiful. I haven't tried flips with silicone, etc. So far I've just used school glue and water; so no cells. I do however; have a large canvas I've been eyeing to try something crazy like this. Perhaps I'll give it a try.😕😊
Ella Cinder Im not sure if this will help as I have been using luring medium but, before I pour my paints I to the flip cup I mix them very fast and when I put my water in I use a spray bottle. The high power end on the spray bottle creates hair bubbles and before this process I've had no luck with cells but now I seem to have them.
One day, when I am good enough and have a good feel for the technical side of this great hobby, I'll take on a challenge. For now .... 😍 wow, well done. TFS 👍🎈
Love this picture. I adore these colours. Have you seen Tanya Forigo's videos? She always does big canvases but doesn't use a lot of paint and they are wonderful. Her favourite colours are blue and green too. 😘
OK I have to answer what you said at the end of the video. You said, I don't know why I was so scared to do this. Well, the reason is - it was a huge undertaking. Flipping that bucket I gave you a 1 in 10 chance of NOT dropping it! I thought an analogous color scheme would be too simple for such a large piece. I thought you had too much white, though you did add more color after your cups were empty and then it felt more balanced. I was safe and just was scared for you! Boy was I wrong! I loved everything you did and I mean everything. I found myself getting choked up and eyes leaking (must have been allergies) and I had NO idea why. It helped when you admitted to feeling the same. That saved me. Up to then I was asking myself why I was getting emotional when it was not something I created! And that piece deserves to be hung in your own home - to remind you never to be scared again. It was too wonderful. You should be scared NOT to continue to paint. You are awesome.
I think Saskia is fearless with her color palettes and scream ditto to what Julie said. This is stunning and very brave. I was literally shaking when you started to flip that bucket!!! Masterpiece!!!!!
I do love it, I’m an artist but I have stopped making atm because I think we still have a duty to b mindful of adding to waste in the water systems and the use of plastics ect the effect on the natural world. ❤️😘
I loved it even more before you tilted it. It looked like the earth as seen from space. I guess with all that paint you had no choice but to move it. Really enjoyed watching, thank you. Cheers Marie ‘downunder ‘
Could you buy Acrylic house paint tinted to the primary colours in 15 litre tubs? So much cheaper way to go if these paints are ok to use that is.What are your thoughts on this please?
Golden Reward If your store sell paint in large size cans [1/2 gallon maybe] then you should be able to buy the primary colors in that size. What I have been doing is to make 3 colors swashes, one for each primary colors and bring those to the paint store. The machine that they use to mix the colors will photograph the swatches and mix the appropriate colors. A world of advise. Since not everyone used the same "primary" RED. Some use a Cad red light, other a Magenta, you may first experiment which one works best for you. Here we have sample- they are small cans of paint. Also the primary Blue varies. Some use Cyan other Cerulean. Good luck
Awesome😉 I have been thinking of doing a large pour but the amount of paint was a conconcern. Great Job!!! Can you please tell me the brand of torch you used. I have been looking for your torch for a while and have not found it. I found cream brule torch and micro torches but they are too strong. THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL DEMO🤗
Hi. Just loved the bucket pour. So beautiful. I noticed all the paint you poured into and onto the canvas was runny. What did you premix with your paints. Jan
Amazing!!! I wish I could have been with you too!!! Absolutely stunning!! It makes me rethink the 40”x60” canvas that is ready for something beautiful!
Am I the only one who saw the title "bucket challenge" and thought they were going to dump it over someone's head like the ice bucket challenge? Just kidding. LOL
Gabbin Tine since Jenna showed us what it was, I've been doing it 😊 it's addictive.. I've done my toilet seat and a big canvas .. can't wait to do more.. I've gone mad..
Oh how I wish you hadn’t let the drips fall after lifting. I think it would have been much prettier nits still beautiful, but try it without the drips and see what I mean. I love watching you work.
Beautiful! I have been doing a few larger canvases but I have wanted to try one big bucket flip for a while. I usually just use several big cups. I’ll have to find a bucket a try the challenge. 😀
Absolutely beautiful!!!! You always do beautiful works!!!! This is stunning! The color palette, the cells, the variation...everything! I've been wanting to try something large, but it's so intimidating! Nice work!
You've done such an amazing piece of art. No words to describe the colours and the beauty....so amazing!!!! Thank you so much for making this UA-cam 🤗😁
Dit is echt zo ongelooflijk gaaf om te zien! Wat een grandioos resultaat: de kleurencombinatie en al die duizenden mooie cellen. Je hebt heel veel lef om zoiets te doen. Ik doe het je niet na.
Oh so excited! I have been wondering what to do for my studio sign and this challenge has inspired me! Stay tuned in Acrylic Pouring for Fun Facebook group for my version of #acrylicpouringbucketchallenge
WOW!!! I would never have been able to flip that cup and canvas over that effortlessly. It would have turned out disastrously. Bravo. Beautiful.
😂 Thank you❤️ I was affraid of that too but it wasn't so bad :)
Me too😂😂

Thank you! Just pour, have fun and do it like you want to, there are no rules😘
This looks like a poured version of the Monet water lilies. Thank you for sharing the creation with us. Excellent work!
Thank you❤️
Connie-Joan Wingert it kind of does.
That is exactly what came to mind for me, I am a huge Monet fan.>>Especially the Water Lillies . This is gorgeous and I love the white negative space.
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Hell Yeah !! ,

😂 Thank you!❤️
Thank you so much for leaving the corners raw. I love the edges they make. BEAUTIFUL!!!
Thank you❤️
Me too
Beautiful, I love the colours I would like to try it without so much silicone
I love how big the cells got! It’s so much like water lilies! Fabulous piece!
Thank you ❤️
Beautiful and you were brave. I have a couple of large canvases and now, I think I can tackle them. Thank you!
Have fun doing that large pours❤️
“I wish I could do this every day.” It is by far the most fun thing I’ve ever done with paint, and me and paint go way back.
Thank you ❤️
You did that clip perfectly. Thank you for sharing with us. The painting is beautiful.
Thank you❤️
Very pretty!! Made me think of 1969-1973 my high school days! My bedroom was decorated in these colors. I actually still have the flower printed sheets! And no they are not dry rotted!!
Thank you ❤️
Absolutely beautiful- reminds me of Monet's waterlillies
Thank you ❤️
I am a fan of the bucket the way you poured it in I think must be the reason yourselves came out so amorphously beautiful.
Stunning!!! You gotta love large canvas pours! 🌸🙀
Thank you ❤️
You have the cleanest table, working surface I’ve seen. Kudos to you!
Thank you! I need to because if it's not my head is a mess too, LOL
I'm so doing this! Show me your result!❤️
Absolutely beautiful! Love the over abundance of cells. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you ❤️
My daughter and her husband live in Utah. Id like to make them something using desert colors maybe with a metallic copper in it.
That's great, they will love it❤️
It appears to be an underwater seascape image, love it!, the colors are so calming, I always use metallics when I pour/paint, and if I don’t have a color in metallic, I make my own-woot!!
Thank you❤️
The reveal of the paint coming out of the bucket was sooo much fun !!! 😍💕
Thank you!❤️
I really really like this and the colours in this. You could stare at it for hours. Of all the pours I’ve seen this is the best colour combinations and the result is spectacular ly beautiful
Thank you so much ❤️
The colors you used with the stretched lines mixed with cells reminds me of a Monet lily pad filled pond.
Thank you ❤️
No words describe how beautiful this is! Thank you for doing this! I don’t pour just am obsessed by pouring artists!
Thank you❤️
Why don't you just try, it will make you happy.😊
I don’t know the first thing about doing a video. I’m researching it though. Hopefully one day. However, Gina DeLuca does pours with a lot of paint and she catches her drips. Really beautiful work 💕
This one turned out great! It reminds me of a koi pond - peaceful and balanced.
Thank you
I love it, the colors are beautiful and the flow..
Thank you❤️
Very inspiring thank you for sharing your creativity
The colors are absolutely breath taking!! Beautiful!!!! ❤

It's beautiful. I haven't tried flips with silicone, etc. So far I've just used school glue and water; so no cells. I do however; have a large canvas I've been eyeing to try something crazy like this. Perhaps I'll give it a try.😕😊

The high power end on the spray bottle creates hair bubbles and before this process I've had no luck with cells but now I seem to have them.
Love the color choices! I cannot believe how you turned that canvas and bucket! Beautiful piece of art! Thanks 🙏
Thank you ❤️
AMAZING!! L.O.V.E IT! Of course I love everything you do! ❤

Unreal, absolutely gorgeous. You have the most soothing voice. I just love ❤️ to listen to you.
Thank you ❤️

Thank you❤️ It is just a cheap cream brulee torch from a dollar store. If your torch is to hot just hold it higher above the painting?
Beautiful work, I love it. And great to see the video and all the details of how you did it. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you❤️
Hi. Just loved the bucket pour.
So beautiful.
I noticed all the paint you poured into and onto the canvas was runny. What did you premix with your paints.

Oke, dan doe ik mee. Moet eerst nog 2 epoxy geodes maken. Daarna ga ik een poging wagen.
Leuk!!! Xxx

Thank you Judy❤️
Beautiful! I have been doing a few larger canvases but I have wanted to try one big bucket flip for a while. I usually just use several big cups. I’ll have to find a bucket a try the challenge. 😀
I think the drips give it character myself
I like the drips, too. They look like islands.
Drips are common with pours.
Wow-zers!!! 😀😄😘🎈🐦
Yes yes yes !!! Fabulous. And your challenge invites me to see what God will do with paints under my hands, too ;-) thank you!!!

Thank you ❤️
This is beautiful Sakia! Thank you for sharing your talent with all of us across the globe.❤️❤️❤️
Thank you ❣️🌹
Aso soft and calming.A beautiful painting yet again
Thank you❣️
Beautiful piece - If you had used all light colors it would have lacked contrast and would not have had as much dimension - I love the way you do not torch the whole piece and leave some large cells that provide a quiet spot for the eye to rest - Every good design needs a place to rest - I watched a video where an artist evenly cut the bottoms off large plastic containers and placed them on a very large canvas - She then filled them with paint allowing the first paint to create a vacuum - When she lifted them the paint flowed out - The effect was different because the containers were not inverted which mixed the paint, but she did huge paintings - It may be worth a try - Thank you for not playing music while you were filming - It made it much easier to hear your comments
Thank you ❤️ and you're welcome :)
Wowzers! Love those colors. I think the corners would have looked lovely a cobalt blue whatever complimentary color you had.
Thank you ❤️
Your colors are beautiful and the cells are magnificent. You rocked this painting!
