What an interesting conversation, thanks! I recently bought a townhouse in Verona in Damac Hills 2, really cool modern looking house with a great layout, which i think will last the test of time as it avoids the plain white/pastel looking houses/villas I’m seeing launched everywhere now. Managed to get a single row right next to the water park with views from both sides of the house so hopefully will do us well :)
