- Instructional video detailing how to use the HP Photosmart 385 Compact Photo Printer. This video also applies to all other HP 300 series printers.
Note that the later Photosmart A- series only uses the 110 tri-color cartridge. The Photosmart 475 and some of the later A-series models have a 5" paper width, not a 4" paper width.
What about how to link Bluetooth?

MsBride Nado No, you can't. I tried with Canon photo paper pro, and it kept slipping in the printer, causing a jam.

Denise Gonzalez Not without an HP Bluetooth printer adapter, which plugs into the front USB port on the printer. Model numbers are bt300, bt450, and bt500 (and possibly others that start with the bt prefix). I know for a fact that the bt300 works; not sure about the others.
Hello! I have HP Photosmart A610 and the printer screen shows "Cartridge is missing. Please install and snap cartridge in completely." I don't understand it. What should I do?
Put the cartridge in the printer. Make sure you're using the correct cartridge (your printer uses the 110 tri-color) and make sure the protective seal is removed from the bottom of the printer. Make sure the electriczal contacts on the cartridge and the printer carriage are clean.
How do you remove the cartridge?
@@josevich Open the cartridge door on the right side, then push the top front edge of the cartridge down gently. It should pop right out.
Hi there I know that is an older video. Put can you help me with the fact that my printer will no power on. Now I have had this prineter for a while. I did notice udeneather that there is a opening, I have knowe idea what goes in there. Can you helpwith this
Either the power supply is bad or the printer itself is bad. These printers can often be found at Goodwill for under $15, so you might just want to buy another one.
The compartment on the bottom is for a rechargeable battery.

I just bought this - used. Do I need a CD to load it to my PC. I have used my SD card but it reads ERROR. Any thoughts as to why it will not read SD card?
IbAngie58 Drivers can be downloaded from HP's website. As for the SD card, the printer cannot read SDHC nor SDXC cards. Therefore, if your SD card is greater than 2gb, then it cannot be read.

How the size photo paper smartphoto print 335
Hi, i have HP Photosmart 335 without battery and adapter. I bought another adapter which output is 30v - 500mA, but on this printer is wroten 32v - 660mA. It not works with my adapter. Could you explain how can work, please.
Most likely because the power adapter your using is only rated for 500mA, but the printer requires 660mA. Being 2v low doesn't help, either. Make sure the polarity on the tip is the same, also.

im having same trouble.
It's because the SD card slot on the printer is a standard SD card slot, not an SDHC or an SDXC slot. This means that you cannot use SD cards greater than 2GB on the printer.

This printer was given to me by a friend who did not use it much. I tried to print the sample page on "Cannon paper". It did not print anything. I cleaned the cartridge's head which seemed dry, with an alcohol swab, but still did not do anything. could it be the kind of paper (Cannon) I am using? or would it be the ink cartridge that wasn't used in a long time? Please advise.
It sounds like you just need a new ink cartridge. Also, don't use canon photo paper; it won't feed properly. (at least it didn't for me)
