Is it better to run precia? I was thinking of running both 2 valsheblan and 3 precia

Precia is fine but in my testing, Valsh felt overall better since it's always live (you can discard it for Wilista Skill) You could also say Precia is also live since you can guard with it but it always feels better to draw cards during your turn

I want to build Wilista but Crossing Illumirays is overused and so expensive. There is zero listing for this card. They need to reprint this PR.

I was going to after seeing this deck profile and now I changed my mind. Here I thought wilista was finally budget
