Cool vibes on this one, kinda reminds me of an old cop drama.

My friend and myself were on a Grey coach bus leaving Bay street Toronto returning to Owen Sound Ont. With a stop in Barrie sitting across from us was a very strange man who had a duffle bag that he was klinging tightly. The trip from Toronto to Bzrrie was about 1hr and 30 minutes during that time this man must have called us Turkeys at least 6 times for no reason, once he mentioned 5hat he had girly pictures 8n his bag. I called an ass hole told him to shut up. Arriving in Barrie I over heard him telling the teller at the bus station as he bought a ticket to northern Ont. That he had a job waiting at a sawmill....never seen this creep again. A few days later this creep photo was on CKVR Barrie news in connection with this Angel's disappearing. DEFINITELY was Howe that sat across from us no doubt about it at all. I contacted local Police, as well as the R C M P told our encounter with this strange man however never did hear a word back ....heart breaking.

Really I grew up in Toronto I remember this case so well. I'm watching this AMW video which shows children in the park on January 23, 1983 playing in their T-shirts ? Its Toronto Ont. not Cuba. The farmers almanac history shows late afternoon that day was approx 0.08° C certainly NOT T-shirt weather. !
I know it has nothing to do with the focus of video & the lowlife and his crimes but doung a video about something as important as this I'd make sure that it was on key in every way. possible. It caught my eye immediately. Just say'in.

I lived across the street from Dennis Melvin Howe in 1958 to 1961 in Regina, Saskatchewan. He would be visiting frequently at his uncle's place a few doors down. This uncle was sent to prison in about 1960 for molesting a little girl from down the block. In the poorer areas around Regina in those days, we had outhouses and no running water. This uncle was caught by the police in the outhouse with this little girl. I was too young to remember all what happened. The apple didn't fall far from the tree in the family. So sad. I feel for the children in this family as we all played together.

Wow. You’re the first person I’ve encountered who ever had direct contact with Howe. Amazing connection with his uncle’s crimes. Howe vanished without a trace, which implies that he’s dead since these criminals can rarely stop their compulsions. @@JohnGordonHill I really wished his 1/2 siblings, and full siblings and his daughter would come forward. In any writeup they appear to cut his branch off the family tree. I really have tried to find the "uncle" that lived directly across the street from me who was put in prison for molestation, but there is no where I can get this information. It has such a negative impact on my life. My mom slapping Dennis Howe across the face in about 1959 stays in my brain. I would have been 5 and was playing outside and Dennis, teenager than, pulled a toy out of my skirt I had hanging on the side of my skirt. My mom blew up. My mom didn't explain to me why, but looking back, now I understand. We soon moved away from that neighborhood. The uncle had many kids and my siblings and myself played outside with these kids. The surprising thing that brought this all back to me was I moved home to Regina, to be closer to my grandkids 3 years ago; and the home I bought was being sold by the daughter of the uncle and I told her I played with her older sisters in the late 50's. She didn't want to talk about the past and wouldn't acknowledge her cousin Dennis Howe.

Back in 1980’s it was not unusual for parents to let their children play at the park by themselves. Not so much these days.

It was Canada, too. We're not quite as dangerous as the States up here, unless you're Native. Natives...not so safe, no.
