They didn’t “ grab “ him . He was having nightmares and he actually turned himself in. Get your facts straight. He died playing basketball in the prison yard of a heart attack.
This special is shot in a really cool way, it has a very different tone from most AMW stuff, not that either is better than the other. I love the sense of atmosphere.
You can tell that the earlier AMW episodes (being in the late 80’s) were inspired by the unsolved mysteries show. Then, toward the early 90’s, AMW really came into their own, and got their own unique style.
Oh God the twin towers! Jeez it’s crazy how time flies. I don’t know if I saw this exact episode but remember a similar one in the early 2000s, where another charming man attacked his female lovers. They profiled this case on unsolved mysteries. So crazy! Thankfully he was caught. He later died in prison! He was a pretty bad guy! AMW was such a great show👍
Hey John Gordon Hill, do you have any half-hour episodes of America's Most Wanted from 1988-1990 (seasons 1-3)? It has the closing credits with the text "A MICHAEL LINDER PRODUCTION".👍
Wow as future therapist this is crazy. You don't date your patients especially killers no Mather how charismatic they are. She was probably desperate and lonely
No , he turned himself in. I remember this from UM , he was having nightmares and was hearing voices in his head. It got to the point where he couldn’t take it anymore and he turned himself in .
I didn’t see this in particular, but I saw this case on Unsolved Mysteries. Ricardo Caputo was a good conman, extremely charming, a chameleon who could put himself into any situation. No wonder he was able to manipulate these women so easily , and they fell victim to him . Those artist renderings are not bad … they look just about right, even with the receding hairline. I believe he was sporting glasses when he was put into prison. Do you have the family annihilator series ? I’m looking for John List and Brad Bishop .
@@Marcuswelby-nx2te as far as I know he is . No updates or sightings , but it’s possible. He’d be 88 if he is indeed still alive. If you want my opinion he’s most likely in Europe, like in between Italy and Switzerland. I have heard that he was dead , but I’m not entirely convinced.
Thank you for the info.Do you know if they caught Stephen delorenzo? They still haven't captured Joe sinnott Edwards after 40 years.I wonder if he's alive.
The guy is not even close look a like!! C’mon… but I think in this point, is what USA people see about Mexico and lower down ⬇️ Ricardo Caputo.. the last name Caputo is Italian!!! The mother fuc… was WHITE !!! And a very looking man. That’s why women fall in love with him. This actor looks like some guy from Honduras, Peru, Colombia… never from Argentina. 🤌🤌🤌🤌
I remember this. This was an AMW special unlike any other. Glad they grabbed him in 1994 (he'd die in prison in 1997).
GOOD 👍

This episode could be a movie.
This story probably inspired Paul Dini and Bruce Timm to created Harley Quinn for the Joker as well as the whole Batman franchise.
@jeanemlicar Good be it sounds about the same.
What kind of human stomps on another humans face, to call a person like that an animal is a disrespect to all animals.
Wow!!! These are great!!! Please upload more
He was caught in 94 and died in prison in 97.
I’ll never truly understand WHY the System allows these sick individuals to remain alive….and at the cost of the Tax Payers

Thank you for these! You should be proud.
This guy was sick and twisted.

She was manipulated.

These women should,ve known better😢.
Maybe it is not wise to comission a female therapist to "treat" an opposite sxx patient / predator .
Bye Judith! You put other women at risk and betrayed Natalie Brown. Bye Judith!
