Replacing A Toyota Door Skin

On this episode I’m repairing a Toyota Rav4. This one got hit in the left front and down the side into the left front door, requiring a new door skin. Check out how I replace some of the structure in the front corner and then replace the door skin!

You need to get hold of some butterfly nozzles for the sealer. Make sealing up doors and bonnets so much easier and looks factory. No messing about masking

Awesome work. I recently had a shop fix my door on my Tacoma. They charged me for a full door shell but I suspect they only replaced the skin or outer door. Is there any easy way to tell if they didn’t replace door shell?
