    The Vulcan is such a friendly and approachable bike. I was surprised that I liked it more than I thought I would

      Yes I agree. I was seriously considering getting one before the Scout. I found it a perfect entry level cruiser to grow into, has plenty of power to build off of, where I don’t think one would get tired of it as quick. Thanks for stopping by IBR 🙂🏍️👍

    What is the name of the rear storage bag? I like it, and would think about buying one

      Hi Brian,
      The rear bag is a Viking Dagr Medium Sissy Bar Bag, I picked it up from Viking bags. I used it on my Scout before I got the saddlebags, but now I opted to put it on my wife's Vulcan S to have some storage. It's got a descent amount of storage for a daily commute. You can find it here:

    That green looks nice! I though it wouldn’t be that great at first

      Thanks Nyi, yes I think that color option goes well with the bike. Kawasaki always seems to put out a different variation of colors every model year it seems.

      @@TechNickRides I wish they still make that color to the new models.

    My wife rides a 2021 Vulcan s cafe and I ride a big bad Suzuki boulevard C109RT 2009. We both learned how to ride on a Suzuki boulevard S40

    This was my first bike! Bought in October of last year and literally just sold it the other day. Indian Scout was on a list of replacements; I am wondering what's your perspective on how they both compare. For me eventually I ended up with the HD because Scout was a little too small, and stepping up the Chief would exceed my budget.

      Hey Pinecone76,
      As far as comparing the Vulcan S to my Scout. I still love my Scout. Both bikes have there strong and weak points. I’ve done a few mods to my Scout for performance and also mods for my own comfortability, but the Vulcan S is not that way currently. Technically it’s still in Stock form. I believe once it’s properly set up for a rider they can enjoy it much more. It took awhile on the Scout to reach that level as well when it was stock , (with a few mods, not many). The additional power adders were a bonus as well. Hope this helps to answer your question.

    I do love my Kawasaki but never had a Vulcan. Sat on a few a couple times and felt pretty good, very low! Lol

    So does your wife like the bike?

    • @TechNickRides
      @TechNickRides  2 роки тому +1

      Hey GloChix,
      Yes she does like it so far, but currently she’s only had time to ride it in the parking lot for practice. She hasn’t rode a motorcycle in over 10 years and starting out is slow, but it’s already building her some confidence. I think there still needs to be more time of riding it overall and once she’s gotten on the road and rode it more to get an better opinion and review from her. Thanks for watching 🙂🏍👍

      Glad she likes it. Wow been 10 years since she rode, it was five for me. I had to build a bit of confidence quickly cuz I rode it home, about 135 miles. But when I rode it to work, I went ways that was straight, had curves and a bit of speed. That helped me a lot. When I rode the Back of the Dragon, got more confidence. Tell your wife to ride where she is comfortable first getting her grove back. 😁 Happy safe riding. 🌺

    Scout 60??? That Vulcan s is definitely a step above any cruiser under 1000cc I feel like any v twin under 1200cc is a waste of time and money because it's way too slow and way too embarrassing to own
