Ok so the 1st guy you saw was tryndamere. More on him later. The two angels are kayle (yellow wings) and morgana (chain girl) and they are sisters. Not fans of one another which is why kayle gave her a HARD side eye before her attack. They were fighting aatrox, who is basically a literal living weapon demon, kinda like soul edge from soul caliber. The "old man" was yasuo, who in game is a wind swordsman. His lore is not relevant with the vid, but that look you just saw is a skin he just got. Normally he is depicted younger. And now we get to tryndamere. His ult is called undying rage and they had him fight the aspect of death itself, kindred. Kindred used to be one entity, but got lonely, so separated itself into two forms that are always together, lamb (white) and wolf (black). Lamb is the death that people accept it, wolf is the death for those who flee from it. They work in conjunction as a unit and one champion. Ashe is the woman who helped tryndamere last second and is also his wife. They are a literal king and queen of their people.
You should definitely watch Necrit's breakdown of this cinematic, dude is the LORE god, he knows everything about League. But a couple of things if you want:
1)we start with quote from Kindred, the lamb and the wolf from final fight, basically embodiment of death
2)Tryndamere is lying in the snow with enemies around him
3)Angel looking women are Kayle (light one) and Morgana (dark/purple) defending Demacia from Aatrox's attack (he's a corrupted demi-god who cannot die and he actually lives inside the big sword). Morgana leaves her sword and uses magic (which is kinda banned in Demacia) so Kayle disgusted picks up her sword and uses both to defeat Aatrox (Kindred is visible in the flames unable to take Aatrox)
4)Bandits attacking a village in Ionia. This is actually in the future and the old man is Yasuo (well known character), swordsman with the Wind Technique who can block any projectile with his Windwall, which is explicitly shown, so that when he dies to the arrow later we know it's his choice to accept death (Wolf's eyes are visible in the forest and Kindred's light arrow kills Yasuo)
5)back to Trydamere who is fighting Kindred, fighting death, and gets saved by his wife - Ashe. Fighting the wolf is actually fighting the enemies we see at the beginning of the video, and the whole Kindred stuff is kinda imaginary/implied death realm. I don't think we know if Tryndamere actually sees the Lamb&Wolf or the human enemies

So I'm sure there will be many people who will tell you the lore of the cinematic, HOWEVER I would love to watch you react to Necrit's video on the lore of the cinematic as it will give you all you need to know. But that just me. Love your reactions
And from my knowledge he does not have problem with reactors reacting to his videos. So you should be clear there.

kindred, lore wise, is the strongest champ--they (lamb and wolf) are literally the final stop. because they are death. the wolf chases while the lamb patiently waits. in the cinematic you can see kindred in almost every scene.
