What if we forget everything after being a parent?...I want to share a thing that even our parents went through the same but that time wasn't as exploited as today...if parents say something then there must have been a reason to it ,right?...I mean when my parents stop me for anything then there's a solid reason behind that and I literally try to understand it myself...as the time passes even I understand them... it's not that they don't understand us it's just we don't share anything with them...and yes there's a problem that they don't understand us man but our parents are the one who stand for us every now and then though they are harsh upon us several times!Nobody ,like really nobody can forgive and love you that many times that of a mom and dad. Love them before we loose them.
And who knows that in future even we do the same with our children unknowingly/knowingly?

EVERY child has come through parents and not from the parents .it is the god who has given us the heart to decide what we wanna be in life n whats the purpose of our lives must only be decided by us And never let anyone including your parents to kill your dreams.
She gave example of only when the child is wrong, but parents do the same even when you have done nothing wrong, and they believe an outsider rather than trusting their own child.
" You must have done something wrong, that's why all of this is happening." was the exact words my parents said when I did absolutely nothing, had had no idea what was happening and why. They chose to distance themselves from me when i needed them the most at the age of 13. That wasn't the only but the final incident that pushed me into clinical depression and anxiety.
Exactly my story, that's why I distanced myself from my parents.
Instead of parents most of the children are watching this and feeling this. But parents always want us to score good marks and be an doctor engineer....

parents actually don't care what a child wants to fulfill it. most of the parents are not supportive either and want to make a child do what others have done in the study. my mother was looking girl for my brother and she said "are aajklki ladkiyan kitni saari degrees leke baithi hai ek tum he ho jo tumse kuch nhi hota kisi layak nhi ho tum" what actually a child wants to do they don't understand at all.

I think what parents get wrong is the part where they protect the child from failures, if he/she doesn't see the world for himself/herself, then the child will never be able to take risk in life. It's okay to be protective but you need to get children to take risks early on in childhood, so that you can make them stronger

When I was in 4th grade my toolkit was stolen by someone ..nd I kept it hidden from my mum ..but somehow she came to know bout that nd scolded me for hiding ...next year again I lost my toolkit ..I straight away went to her nd told her in this expectation that she would not scold me but she even scolded me so hard nd beaten me so badly .nd that day I decided I'm never gonna share any thing with her but nd this ruined my whole school life ..untill oneday I shared this vedio to my mum on watsapp and now she is way different and understanding ..nd our bond is getting better ..❤️

I wish every parent could listen to this. The fear of rejection by your parents spoils everything. They punish us for honesty.

The parent should always be there...standing beside AND taking up for their child...period.

This happened to me yesterday .. i was planning to go on a dinner with my girlfriend.. and i told my mother about it... my mother reacted very offensively.. she argued by saying that everything is common in this generation.. people sleep with each other without marriage.. will you do that also.. then i said.. i was just going out for dinner.. she said everything starts with that only ... i am 22 years old.. and i am studying clinical psychology currently.. and this made me doubt myself that will i be able to be a good psychologist.. if I am not able to explain my mom... i felt so left out because of yesterday's conflict.. 😑

i lost the bonding of sharing my daily activities with my parents from class 9. They r so overpossesive towards me that sometimes i fll so suffocating. They r so busy with their issues that they don't have anytime to even listen to my issues completely, they react without listening to me completely. that's why i stopped telling them anything.
