How much
Love the location and the beach/ocean views. A few upgrades inside and this place will be perfect!! Love the Balconies as well.
Daytona Beach is my favorite place in Florida and I plan on buying a home or a condo here in about 5 years.

Prices
Why are these condos always so out dated. It needs at least $50k worth of work. Add, condo fees especially near the water and it’s just not worth it to me. Even with the view and location to beach. JMHO.
It's totally reasonable to want to buy something that's more up-to date that you won't have to put additional money in to after you make your purchase. Other times buyers will be attracted to something because of the location or the view and don't care about upgrades. All about the personal preference I suppose. Thank you so much for watching!
