If you go to Wroclaw try Bierehalle. Their pilsner is up there with the German stuff.

11 years ago I still probably knew nothing about beer, although I enjoyed the time spent with it. I wanted to discover more, but because of my lack of knowledge, I thought the goal was to find my favorite commercial lager and drink it for the rest of my life 😅😅 At the time, I chose Carlsberg and Łomża Miodowe (honey beer), and when they weren't available, my third choice was Tyskie, because it was brewed closest to where I lived. I thought, for example, that the darker the beer, the stronger, which is not always true, and all because of the popular Żywiec Porter 😅😅 Because of the dark color, I thought Guinnes was just as strong 😖😖 It wasn't until Tomek Kopyra, and through him also you, educated me for a nice couple of years about beer. Now I know a lot more, but I'm still learning new things, and that what's beautiful about beer 🍺🍺

Amber Kozlak is fantastic. Amber was the first good alternative to the bland macro stuff.

Hi Simon, I've not tried this one, but I've seen it many times in my local Polish supermarket. I have however tried 2 other Browar Amber Brewery beers "Grand Imperial Porter " and "Kozlak". They are both terrific if you like a good Baltic Porter or a Bock style beer.
