He taught me to relax a little bit, to not take life so serious. Watching it a few years ago, it literally quelled my anxiety and depression

Saitama demonstrates discipline and perseverance kills talent and privilegies, I learned that from him:)

What are you waiting on do what you love.Sad part I can't do what I love. I love being a wife. So now I take care of the dog's and cat's. Keep doing what I would do if I was married. However my martial status is subject to change at any moment. I want to work along side my husband than by myself. Thanks very good

That last scene of Saitama pulling a punch over to the oblivion is so iconic and has an amazing symbolism.

Another lesson from the very first episode: Don't try to cheat your way to the top by taking the easy route instead of putting in real effort

The only anime character I admire. Because of his direct to the point attitude and his discipline. And most important of all, his humility. He became so insanely strong and he knows it but he still consider himself as a human being.

Saitama is also the power of adaptability of humans or generally all living beings, he is a sayan in human form. He lives a very humble life despite his powers, a being that can literally have an entire universe fear him, yet chooses simplicity.
