This is (for me) one of the most powerful ballad out there. Eric is insane and there is even "metal" version of this, with some guitars etc and Eric's voice there is even more powerful, which is hard to believe

This one was my favorite track on the album in the beginning. Nowadays my favorites are probably Pleasure Slave and Blood Of The Kings.

Wow I love this track, especially the choirs haha, strange how we all see things differently. I think Eric and choir's are enough for this, would be Conan The Barbarian soundtrack.

Those aren't synthesizers, that's a real orchestra. You're not a full convert yet. Give it time this will grow on you. It's one of my favorite tunes

there are also metal versions released (guitar, drums, bass) in 2009 and 2014. In the one from 2009 (thunder in thr sky EP) Eric sings along with the chorus in some parts.

Sings about Odin, Norse mythology. Knights templar , Christian mythology. This song brought metal to a higher level.

This song was actually sung in churches in by a choir named Inspiration Community Choir and it actually sounds totally epic in an both ethereal and sublime, bombastic way there and it fits better than the original Manowar, and the good thing no one have expectations from it to have guitar dynamics, distortion etc. etc. (something that unfortunately lacks also in the original Manowar version and that diminishes to an extent its value in my opinion). What i am talking about are these 2 videos ua-cam.com/video/2fzVmp2O6cQ/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/qSWoL6Eu7vw/v-deo.html
