the interior looks beautiful, looks like an Aston Martin. Hardly any other car beats it
I do get your point, but if you compare this interior to the new genesis cars, then it is a little behind. But I know that people like the basic look, and there is nothing wrong with it. Back then this interior was very good, but now I am starting to feel that it’s old

@@User-qu7pqAll of the 2022+ models form what I know, the G70 simply got a facelift, not a full interior redesign. Personally I like the interior, that’s why I bought one 😂
Stock pads aren't great. Low initial bite and not linear. Need something aftermarket for sure. The HP to the wheels is 420, which is about 475hp.
What do you mean by not linear ?
Apply the same pressure and the car will brake at different rates as the speed decreases. Like if you were applying more or less pressure.@@theinvestorssquad8752
I’m surprised that you said the interior was outdated as I think it is perfect. It’s simple and easy to use all while looking clean. I’d prefer my cars without a tacky interior with a 85 inch tv in it. Just my opinion and nice video 👍

Yes colder plugs are required.
How reliable is it with a tune… I been thinking about getting it but if it’s not a decent reliable I don’t wanna mess my warranty for it

$58k?? I got my 2023 3.3 sport prestige for 50,345. Wonder why the high markup. The matte paint isnt that much more. My hallasan green was an extra fee too. You need to kill all those driver assistant noises lol. Great video and awesome car. I love mine

@@DivineBishopyeah I got mine for $62K (TTL etc) with sticker being (I think) $58K…I got mine when the 2023 model just started to come out back in October of 2022. It’s a retirement gift for myself and I really like it although I really wish I could get the CT4V Blackwing but that damn thing is like $80K! Oh well.

@@JGisMe2013It was definitely my fault for not test driving or trying to negotiate the price I just wanted to sign papers and leave, but a GV70 3.5 Sport Prestige would cost $72K+ there, I go for the highest trim but for the advanced I think it would be that price or 70K exactly

Get rid of that stupid cold air intake and drop on the kn filters with stock air box. Car stays cooler and performance better. That engine gets super hot because of the turbos and those intakes just suck that hot air in.

@@ronabona4976 i just got the same fully loaded 57k MSRP. I'm sure i probably have got it a little below MSRP but they gave me a good trade-in on my Kona N. they gave me 25k trade-in. They listed it for 28.5k small margins for them.

My g70 does the same thing when I'm downshifting from second to first gear. On the g70 forms, a lot of other drivers have the same problem. But after the car warms up for about 15 minutes it seems to go away. It's weird I guess it's just the way Genesis made the transmission
the gear ratios are real short on these cars
w 8 speeds transmissions ... probably shouldnt downshift
to first. id be careful
Downshifting into first gear while moving is not recommended on any vehicles, automatic or manual, especially in cars like this with such short gearing. Maybe ok at a slow slow crawl but it's not great for the engine and transmission otherwise.
does anyone know how they handle on corners and twisty bends? trying find a video with stock g70 but i cant, i own a redpsort atm and wana change but dam the redsport handles so well on corners to my surprise, i went test drove a g70 but cudnt really take it on any windy bends but it seems more boaty and floaty less planted. i need to know hehe

JB4 is plug n play tune but the tune on this car is done by one of the best genesis/Hyundai tuning companies so the tune on this car is much more reliable
