About a year ago, we were able to field 2 international teams playing in 2 different countries.. Now our best team is not able to perform, that's how the team has been destroyed by management and politics,, VK will always be my captain.
When he was coach, we all criticised him many many times. Now when he is not, all saying wow how staright forward he is, best jori .. bla blaa... even i also done that. So i thing we must not do that. We are just supporters/lover of indian cricket. We must always give our full support to our team at every point of time.

Classical example of backing rahane Rahul Pujara for years and overlooking the likes of vihari,karun Nair... dropping of ambati rayudu just before odi wc 2019 were amongst some of the baffling decisions kohli made in his tenure..look at indias middle order in all formats..the primary reason why India never went on to clinch a global title under Kohli Shaz of era...they say captain is as good as team..here the captain was no way near to the team he had at his disposal...

Ravi , you have been a very shrewd cricketer , you captained India in the only test against WI and India won . That too against the mighty WI in 1986-87 ? . You have been very forthright in you opinion concerning Indian cricket and that showed in your performance as a coach. The team in in doldrums now as both the Rahuls ,coach and captain are far too docile. In contrast you n Kohli both fearless and forthright. Indian cricket in going to miss this Combo . आइपीएल में कई सारे विदेशी खिलाडी हिस्सा लेते है वो अच्छी बात है और उनको पैसा भी बहुत दिया जाता है ।
पर ये देखने को मिला है की उनमें से कई खिलाड़ी पीएसएल (पाकिस्तान सुपर लीग), बीपीएल (बांग्लादेश प्रीमियर लीग), एसपीएल (श्रीलंका प्रीमियर लीग), सीपीएल (कैरेबियन प्रीमियर लीग), बीग बैस लीग (ऑस्ट्रेलिया) वगैरा वगैरा देशों में से खेलते रहते है । प्रश्न और समस्या यह है की कीसी भी लीग में आइपीएल जितना पैसा दूसरी लीग में नहीं दिया जाता है । ज्यादा से ज्यादा विदेशी खिलाड़ीयो को या खुद के सुपरस्टार खिलाड़ी को 1 से 2 करोड मिलता है । वहां वही विदेशी खिलाड़ीयो को आइपीएल में 2 से 8,10,15 करोड दिया जाता है । क्यूं ?
वो खिलाड़ी दूसरी लीग में 50 लाख या 1 से 2 करोड में खेलने को तैयार हो जाते है और भारत में आते ही अपना भाव बढा देते है और मूर्ख फ्रैंचाइजी (कंपनी) भी उनको अपनी टीम में रखने के लिए खींचतान करते है और नीलामी में उनकी किंमत से दौ गुना या तीन चार गुना रकम दे देते है, एसा क्यूं करते है ? क्यूं की वो ही खिलाड़ी अन्य लीग में कम पैसों में खेलने राजी हो जाते है ।
इसका मतलब ये हुआ की ये लोग तो हम भारतीय को मूर्ख बनाते है, लूंटते है, उल्लु बनाते है ।
डप्लेसी, सुनील नारीन, जेसन रोय, इमरान ताहिर, डेल स्टेन, विसे, लीवीन्गस्टोन वगैरा वगैरा जैसे बहुत सारे खिलाड़ी कम पैसों में पाकिस्तान, बांग्लादेश, श्रीलंका, कैरेबियाई देशों में खेलते रहते है और यहां भारत आते है तो उनसे ज्यादा रकम सामने से दिया जाता है । ये हम भारतीयों की मूर्खता नही है ? भारतीय खिलाड़ी जो दूसरी लीग में खेलते नही है उनको ज्यादा रकम देनी चाहिए वो लोग भारत के क्रिकेट में काम आयेंगे वो विदेशी नही जो हर जगह अपनी अलग अलग किंमत करते है, जहां कम मिलता है तो वहां पर भी खेल लेते है और यहां भारत आते है रकम बढा देते है तो उनको भी जो वो बाहर दूसरी लीग में जीतने पैसों में खेलते उतना ही दे ना चाहिए, जानबूझकर ज्यादा क्यूं दे ते हो ?

Looking back into this series i wonder where the team management was when game slept out of the hands in the first session of the play in last two test matches on last day..
And the same story repeated in the ODI series. After getting into the winning position we lost all 3 ODI's.. Don't know wht ws d thinking of the coach tht time.

It's been 40 years India is searching for the next KAPIL DEV, still haven't found one and shall not find for another 100 years. They will also not find an M S DHONI for another 500 years. But have found a Sourav Ganguly in M S DHONI in ODI ( I am forgetting T20 since Ganguly hasn't played an International one) and a VIRAT in TEST. Not only found but has surpassed Mr Ganguly by miles.
