Ravi Shastri is always forthright , straight forward & does not hold back, highly recommend intelligent from his playing days. He entered team as a bowler, worked very very hard to become a bowler - all rounder- opening bat & captain. Great!!!! As a coach, he forgot to push players to work hard and become class all rounders. Why?? Was it his trade secret or was working with lethargic players, who cannot work hard?? Zero all rounders in team, careless rash batting, poor bowling are what we have today. But we are a strong team on paper with kings, hitman, past glory players!!!! Cheers.
