Pay attention to what we call love these days:
Sometimes people don't really love you, they just love how you love them and use that to make you feel loved. They enjoy your presence and feel comfortable around you, but there will come a time when they will get bored of you and you will realise that it wasn't love but they were in it with you for fun, and you NEED to do the hard part of Moving on.....

The only way to move on is to get time and travel I promise you that u will come back home when you are healed and forgot everything
Sometimes on your journey of travelling u may get a chance of finding a new love I mean someone who can understand u and your value
Working on ourselves and doing things that we love doing - having a life outside of the past relationship - will help us to move on from the wrong person. And maintaining those actions whether in a relationship or not, is always great for oneself and will attract the right partner for the long term - when we also have a life and interested outside our our relationship - single or not. Whoever is watching this, I pray you have a prosperous and fulfilling life overall! 😘❤️

Hey Nathalie, thanks for reminding me this.
im going through a heartbreak at the moment. its been almost 2 months now, sometimes i forget about her but as soon as i see any of her close friends calling my phone, i begin to go into that state of trauma. i can feel my heart beats faster and faster. i hate to listen to love songs now. i cant normally go outside from my house cos we stay in the same area. sometimes i need someone to talk to but it seems no one really understands what im going through. i just watch motivational videos on tiktok to calm my nerves done and keep me going.
its not easy for me. i pray time comes quick to heal me completely. im a music producer and sometimes i cant even work. a lady whom i cared and loved for all these years could betrayed me these way..wow..i never saw this coming. thanks Jessica. i think God knows best.
Get up from the table when love is more longer being served.
It's been 2 weeks since we broke up. As much as she's made it clear that she wants to move on from me, there's always been a part of me that thinks that we'll try and find a way to get back together. But I realized that it's taking a toll on me mentally because she was all that I was thinking about and I still felt strongly about her, that I forget that I had a life of my own. 😂 Some nights I cried myself to sleep and waking up sad, wondering what I would've done differently.. I was literally a mess!
But after watching this video yesterday, I did exactly what Jessica had said (completely cutting her off) and focusing on myself more, I seem to enjoy being in my own space. 🙂💌 I learned that self love is more important than giving out love. Yes, I know that it's just been 2 weeks and I haven't completely gotten her out of my system, but forsee myself living life a lot better with peace of mind.

It's ok to cry.. don't stay there to long. Move on go on your life.if she can leave easy like that means she's not the one in the first place. We give to much for the person we love and forget to love ourselves. This is what I have learned. Learned to love yourself before you can love somebody. God remove that person out of your life. Because he has a plan for you. Me as well needs to move on. I need to stop and breathe.

thank you Jessica for your advice, you just made me realize the importance of ending this 1 year old relationship of mine. She would always tell me that she is busy. When I video call her, she would shout at me and tell me to not call her while she is busy. She no longer has time for me, she no longer calls me, for checking up on me, but she always has time for her friends and for her male besties. You just made me realize the importance of freeing myself from this mental slavery.
I have just deleted her numbers and I have blocked her on facebook. I now feel much more better, I feel free.

Sometimes there are no physical abuse or any of the abuses you mentioned. Sometimes it's just the person you love so much place their family members above you in that situation you have to let them go, because love is not enough, complete loyalty is everything.
