come on avnish - if i mute the video i can't listen to that robotic instruction! i appreciate you put in a lot of effort, but pls explain WHY you decide to put a 5sec insanely sped up loop of the most annoying sound sequence as a backing? do you want to be sadistic? it's like torture. not even a call center will put such obviously brain-numbing music on their waiting lines. it's really like you wanna punish your audience or something. i mean, it's not like that 'music' was there all along. you decided to put it there! why in the world?
i'm glad u admit to it. some may not care or hear it, but for me it really makes me go insane. if you watch via headphones it becomes unbearable... just use no music or really non-offensive one. perhaps also not always the cheapest synthesizer sounds available... ;-)

This tutorial is awesome! I learned a lot from this. Earlier I thought neon effects can be achieved using external plugins only but this tutorial made it too easy to make it using only native ae effects. Thanks a lot.
I found it a little easier at the end to pre comp all the "on" layers again so you only have to change one layer to add the flicker. I don't think it breaks anything else if you do that.

Hit f4 to change the functions searching in the hot bar for blending modes won't show the vivid light and hard light options
Similar problem, i have the vivid light option but changing the blending mode does not change anything
