Its videos like this that reinforces the reason why I have only two items in my toolbox that fix ANYTHING! A credit card and a phone. Nice video, sir. Thank you for sharing.
I have a different situation for a 4 foot wide gate and 6 feet in height. Where we are trying to install this gate onto a exterior wall that has plywood underneath and stucco. Can you attach these posts directly into the plywood and if so, what type of screws or bolts would someone need?
So I have posts into concrete already from a contractor who never finished... one post is leaning and there's a difference of 1-1/2" top to bottom. Am I still ok just making the gate according to the smaller of the two measurements?
Where do you get the lead inserts these days? Do they even work in "hollow" bricks? Where do you get those hinges? What about that 1/4" difference in width between the top and the bottom? Its quite obvious the gap widens on the latch side from top to bottom.

Thanks a lot for the demo.
i didnt know my impact could be used as a hammer haha! still great video
good and easy way in making the gate awesome
Love your Milwaukee impact hammer :-)
What bolts and or anchors would I use to bolt a post against the side of a house?
it was amazing watching this video
What do you suggest when it comes to stucco wall? Should I add a column of brick or put the post directly on the stucco?

Thanks for checking in
Very nice, but if you look closely you'll notice that door 🚪 is sagging; top gap is tighter that bottom on latch side. Everything else ok.
Beautifully explained thanks sir
Very good Video Jeff

Excellent, thanks
I would be really angry if someone used my impact driver as a hammer 🤣
Thank you John IRELAND
You might suggest using safety goggles. No metal chips in the eyes
Where were you able to purchase wrought iron? I'd love to have some.
Great jobs I'm welders I m install in length 110' fit gate and hide 15' fit
You make it easy. Why didn't you blow out the dust to remove the dust for a tighter surface?
very nice
Hello, what type of anchors are you used it?
Maybe one day I'll get to use it.
🔥🔥🔥
The link provided doesn't work, is there a new link?
Jeff , is that really a wrought iron gate, it looks a bit too light to be solid steel.
Where do I get the install kit with hinges?
Glasses 👓 hammer 🔨
Can we install these in dry wall I wanna use this gate to separate my down stairs from upstairs when company comes over for my dog
I don't recommend iron. It might fall off once opened for various amounts of time. I recomend aluminum gate. Way lighter.

You can adjust that with metal washers behind the posts and readjust .
Very useful
Sir can't see properly. But good solution
Why put the latch at top and not in the middle?
website not working. Are you still selling the gates/
Website not working? Still around?
Like your hammer
This is just an installation vidio, I did not see any measurements made on size of gate for particular openings!
U din watch all the video...
Wish it was a little closer to actually see what you’re doing
Are you still in business?
That gate it’s gonna hang in less than a year they need to be welded
Just eyeball everything
Is that a hammer drill? 🤣 poor drill.
Hhhhhhhh
You don t have a hammer?? 😭😭😭
And the way he uses the impact as a hammer it’s just no professional
That's a cheap gate made of thin gauge metal
I assure you it wasn’t cheap. And why put a really heavy gate on a wall you can just jump over anyway? Just going to wear out somebody’s arm
That’s the cheapest and way to do it there is better ways to do that
