@@_MegaMind_ First of all, the only insta-Shield break we have is Hatchet Man, and if you get hit by that it's your fault, either because you're too stupid to get out of the way or to easy to read. Second of all, how the hell do you go from in the middle of a multi hit combo to on the ground shielding with the Hero right beside you? He doesn't exactly have great Aerials. Thirdly, what character can't kill off of a shield break at medium percent? Hell Roy and Chrom's neutral B is a guaranteed kill when it's overcharged. The only two moves you could be justifiably angry about killing at low percentages are Kamikaze and Magic Burst, and with what they cost the hero they better kill at low percentages

How about this, people actually put effort into combos, especially to kill, a good combo is usually 3-4 hits and up, all it can take for a hero is hatchet man and a crit, u know how unbelievable that is? Also, ur not god, u can't avoid every hit, especially in the face of a hero that "knows what he/she is doing". U can be hard to read and chances of getting hit by hatchet man isn't 100% but it's never 0%...
Chilly Bradley Hero shouldn't just be allowed in competitive, RNG can't be called in as a factor to win money prizes, are we talking about casinos or Smash tournaments? RNG in friendly and online matches is fine.
