Hey brother thanks for your service. I just retired 31 December 22. 22 years of service been doing different jobs not really finding that happy spot. Really been dreaming on and off for years of being my own boss and my passion for lawns. Thanks for all the information. Was wondering if you would mind sharing an example of your business plan, I could throw you a few bucks for your time. Also, did you do anything with the SBA and take advantage of any the veteran stuff?
We built our business with cash and no debt.
Next is a good insurance company?
Thanks. What about weed spraying and bugs ?
We do spray for those as well.
I got a question if I’m just trying to be a local small business like just mow some yards for side money so I gotta have all the licenses and stuff?
You will want to check with your state laws and see.
What kind of lift gate do you have? Thanks for the video
It’s custom built from our welder

Really nice 👍
Do you know if you should come back to cut the grass every week or every 2 weeks
Depends on grass growth and what the customer wants
Do weekly only. Bi weekly sucks to deal with. Work wide and scheduling
Do people use virtual address for starting out? If so the only close virtual address is 45mins from my target location. I feel like that would push people away when they look up the business.
I believe if you call the postal service you can get a local address.
@@TheWillKelly thank you for your time and replying. I'm going to look into that!

Hi I just want to know as a teen how much money should i expect per week just starting out I don't have a nice truck to drive around I cant drive period and I'm just cutting weed whacking edging and blowing the left over grass.
Just do as much as you can until you can afford to buy a used vehicle to load things around in.
What do you do when it rains? Won’t your machines get wet when it rains on your truck
It doesn’t really affect them from what we found.
Is it difficult to get lots of jobs I imagine I’d easily be able to get 40 and fill my schedule but it seems like others have a hard time after you get a few
Everyone has to get started somewhere!
How do you tell your customers your skills?
I’m sorry I don’t quite understand the context of this question. Could you elaborate?
Business card
What is a CRM?
It stand for Customer Relationship Management Software. Its where you can keep track of your customers addresses, phone numbers, emails and bill them.
