Phew. That's ludicrous. Sounds great. Some woman told me to swing back I put 40 in the mail box. She felt bad that I waited at the rest for almost 20 and and at her door for several minutes because she mistakenly put "hand to me". She paid for that mistake lol. Super grateful.

I know about keeping that Diamond. If you want to keep it you have to bite the bullet on some orders. Very good video btw.
Mr Warren you amazing hard-working person. Delivery is not an easy job due to using your own car, But some customers they don't know that, that's why they don't tip
I think customers also don't have an idea how much you get paid for the drive. They assume you got paid enough to take the order. Then some people are just rude but there's always a few bad apples on every tree

ever since i resetted my acceptance rate on doordash, i've been making $50-$70 for only 3 hours and my acceptance rate is currently 92%. back then i barely make $20-$30 for 5 hours and my acceptance rate was around 40%. to me it's been a crazy experience!
I find that as well with the AR . When I was around 50 % I was getting awful orders , brought it to 85 orders got a bit better but then they were offering me 3.00 for 24 miles and I declined, it stayed that way now I’m back to 74 % but got top dasher 😂 so confused . I have t worked a top dasher shift yet because I’ve been doing well on instacart
Right on. How do you get it reset? I'm at 76% and my market is flooded with Dashers. You have to be too dasher to make money here. I want to get above 90%, but that may take a month. I would love to just reset.
After watching your videos, I tried working in the zones that you're in thinking I'd make a lot of money like you do. Dude, I don't know how you do it. Everyone down there lives in an apartment or big office building. Worst of all, most orders take me out of the zone or far from the restaurants. The orders weren't very good and I'm also a top dasher and have acceptance over 70%. I let my acceptance drop out of frustration and it got even worse! You can have that zone, I don't like it lol.
if you're getting bad orders during the day, try doing dinner shift, tend to have better orders

I get tons of backwoods orders with looooonnngggg rediculous driveways because of my area . Some driveways are so bad I have to park and hike with the food .
I love the large variety of restaurants.
Jacob where have you been?? How's it going??? Have not seen you in North Scottsdale in a good while. But door dash finally did it to me. They will give me catering orders, and then I will arrive at restaurant, and before I can pick up the order, they remove it from my dash. They have done 7 times now in 2 nights. Last night, I made a total of $15 in 6 hours on door dash. Acceptance rate is now at 8% because I refuse to take their dogshit offers. So back to rideshare it is. Its more miles, but its also $30-$35 an hour consistently. Anyways hope all is well with you. Miss your videos
Pays to be a top dasher in my town. You gotta get a feel for your own territory to see if it works for you.

customer to customer is a bit shady, cuz it can be drugs, who knows. Also penalty free usually only works when you have at least 2 orders.
Distance to the resturaunt is also a big thing. You know the distance of the delivery because of the distance of the resturant when they offer. Usually can tell where you will land after pick up if you subtract the distance to the returaunt.
I let my AR run down from 83% to 7% on Friday but made $154 in 4 hours. I still think if you’re busy doing the Diamond orders for $7-$9 you miss the $20 offers that you get a chance at when you’re cherry picking. Most weeks I would make $400-$500 on 25 offers accepted. Last week I did $550 on 49 offers accepted. Most are short run but that is still a lot of starting and stopping. So double the trips for a little more pay. I’ll play with TD this month but not impressed so far. Plus I have to take a boatload this week to get my AR back up to 50% +.
Not going to work when the new tier program comes out.

Like Glendale cause I live there but it’s too saturated with drivers. My 2nd is chandler but it get really slow during the week when not in peek times… what are your 2 favorite zones?
8:30 not true. Doordash doesn’t just keep you in the zone. Doordash is terrible at sending you all over the map as well. I constantly get orders from my place to go 15-20 miles all the way to downtown almost frequently they don’t care about keeping you in the zone never have. Because you always have the option to switch zones in which case you’re forced to in a situation like that otherwise you have a lot of dead miles to drive back. So that my friend is not true.

If restaurants are taking too long to make the order, then report them to corporate. Corporate actually cares about that but they won't do anything if they don't get complaints.
While you are waiting, take notes on the cleanliness of the inside and outside of the store, and the condition of the bathroom. It's almost impossible to keep the bathroom perfect so you can get them on that.

I would kill to have a 6 minute wait time.. I've done 200 orders across 3 zones in my area and the average wait time is 15-20 minutes per order. On weekends you could be waiting 30-45 minutes per order several times a day. I gave it a shot and made 200 deliveries but I averaged about 2 orders per hour if I was lucky. I tried the whole $2/mile method approach and the best I did was about 12/hr and almost all of that would have to go back into gas. I even tried the earn by time which is an even bigger scam cause you only get paid for drive time. Those 30 minute waits get you nothing and then you drive 5 minutes and make $3-$5 for 45 minutes off time. I did 25 orders on drive by time and didnt get a single tip either, they purposely give you orders with no tips because you cant decline them. Door Dash sounds nice and they up all these numbers to make it seem like a killer gig but at the end of the day you end up working 5-8 hours and only making about $15 after you pay for gas.
I’m work at Miami. You would think it’s amazing out here but no. I can’t make more than 15/hr. Anyone have any tips? Anyone woking at miami or has worked before?

Your moaning about the tips, try living in England. Did 50 deliveries got 1 tip for £2. No tipping culture here.
