I used frozen and thawed prawns and realised that some icicles were still present, which melted later and made the marination watery... Next, ensure you use thick curd... The curd I used was not very thick and again, this added to the marination becoming watery, especially when put on the pan to fry... The roast will not turn out as expected if the marination is runny... Also, please ensure you remember and put salt at some stage during the cooking process... It wasnt mentioned in the video and I almost went through the whole receipe without adding salt...🙄 Anyhoooo.... Happy cooking!

I CANTT TELL YOU HOW GOOD IT WAS. When i made the paste and licked it.. it was abit bitter and i was skeptical how it will turn out but damn the bitterness wasnt there after i added it. Everyone loved it and its my fav prawn recipe now
I sprinkled some some lemon juice at the end and kept on adding water until I got rid of that masala taste, and I have to admit this.. this came out way better than I taught it would. Wow that was awesome ❤️❤️❤️🤤 will be doing this once again... I'm a mangalorean watching how to do mangalore style prawn ghee rost🤭
