  • In today's fast-paced world, stress levels are on the rise among individuals for a variety of reasons. Often, we resort to watching content online, gaming and spending time on social media to decompress and relax ourselves at the end of a day. However it is observed that, spending time and physical closeness with our parents is slowly decreasing as work and other social obligations take precedence. The team at ITC Sunfeast Mom’s Magic conducted this really interesting "The Happiness Hack Experiment’ which measures the happiness generated in a person’s brain when they spend time with their moms.
Faye D'Souza sits down with Dia Mirza, Tisca Chopra, Soha Ali Khan, and Dr. Sagar Mundada, as they share their personal experiences and delve into the impact of hugging moms. How it elevates their mood thereby increasing the happiness quotient.
A mother’s hug is simple yet a powerful gesture. It is pure and magical. However, we often miss out on this as we deal with our busy schedules. Join us in taking a pledge this year to #HugHerMore and cherish the beautiful bond between a mother and her child.

If Dia Mirza and Faye Dsouza commited a perfect murder or heist🚁, people would be apparently trying to free them because they'r so cute👶, while the other accomplice who is ugly enough would have to live in prison.

Can't watch the video because the title itself is triggering for those of us who are victims of childhood abuse at the hands of our moms. If you had loving moms, we're happy for you. If you are good moms, we are happy for your kids. But we would really appreciate if you don't make generic statements like this because most of us were raised by monsters who recoiled at even the sight of us like we'd give them something nasty and contagious. These kind of generalisations are also used to dismiss the voices of adults speaking about parental abuse and to blame kids for the abuse they live with because "parents can do no wrong". There are more kids like me than kids like you or yours in this world. More of us were raised in hell than in love. So please. Please limit your praise to yourself and your own loving moms.

Damn didn't expect that..... I feel bad that you had to go through it.... But I feel these are not the people who u should lash out at.... The world is a screwed up place if we start hammering the positive people too then where are we gonna end.... Still feel bad for what u went through and hope u get better relationships in life.... Cheers.... PS thanks for this Faye, gonna hug my mom when she comes back home..... Cheers

@@noufal7507 I'm not lashing out but making them aware of the damage caused by generalisations like this. A lot of abusive parents use the generalised glorification of parents as validation for their abuse and claim they are acting in our best interests. People who see what's going on also wash their hands off of any responsibility to protect the child because they also believe parents can never do any wrong. Generalised positivity is toxic and negative. And everyone has a responsibility to not spread it.

Dia mirza's english is so more clearer than foreigners own mother tongue language. Her english is cake walk. Very few people use the term finite in their sentences or while speaking when they're actually talking about the timing or precession towards their goal of life..

I remember hugging my father once during school days, but not my mother. She is 64 now, and does not believe in this. I often pray God that I won't settle for anything less in my next life and want good loving parents. Anyway, I am not married yet, but will hug my kids daily, will give them the love and care that I missed.
