He usado 200 gramos (2 zapatillas x 100 gr) de lana cardada gruesa de ovejas de la raza Bergschaf para un par de zapatillas. Además, agua caliente + detergente sintético para lavar platos; me encanta trabajar con el Fairy de limón sin aditivos. Traten siempre de trabajar con lana caliente (pueden calentar periódicamente la pieza en el microondas) ya que esto facilitará mucho su trabajo. ¡Les deseo mucha suerte!

Hello! I use 200 grams of carded lambswool for slippers size EU 38 (US 8) insole length 250mm. If the size of slippers is more than +20 grams for each subsequent size. For example: size 39 = 220 grams, size 40 = 240 grams. If the size of the slipper is smaller, then I reduce the weight -20 grams for each size. For example: size 37 = 180 grams, 36 = 160 grams.
This is for one pair of slippers (2 pieces)!
I hope you can convert grams to ounces using google.
