I believe they need both user id and email to login is because the professional plan may let us choose multiple users in the same email id. But yeah the login and signup is a hefty process compared to others. I Hope Dgiboxx will fix those bugs refine the userbase soon. Also thanks for making such a useful video.

Due to security reasons digibox doesn't store sessions and cookies cuz hackers can do sessions hijacking and cookies stealing and if they are successful then they dont need your login and password for the time being untill the session or the cookies expires so its a user experience trade but it is one up for security 🧐 still kudos cuz it will improve 🔥

I can't believe what I saw. I went to sign up in DigiboXx and there was no password field on the page and when I come to the login page, it asks for a password I didn't even set in the first place. LOL.
Bro I have an issue...hope you could resolve it. My drive storage i.e. 15gb is entirely occupied by my google photos like 14.6 and remaining is mails etc. I've cleared more than 3gb of photos from the cloud and it still isn't getting free...
Moreover, multiple files download option is still missing, even after 1 year. This is a real concern. You can drop 100 files to upload, but for downloading you need to download 100 files separately one by one, which is really a pain in the ..

There is something called software as a service for which we are paying to google.. ex google photos manages photos so well. so too drive. getting storage is very easy. i myself has a private cloud using NAS storage with 2tb of storage but i can only see that. as you said in the video digi box software needs to be improved a big time
