my understanding of the parking spot dents is its just a case of long term exposure to car tires pressing down on those spots and over time slowly deforming them, like a plank of wood left with a brick in the middle of it causing it to warp over time

Use a colander/strainer to pour liquid in a bigger container. Getting your items out quicker.

Those divets in the parking blocks are from people pulling too far forward and hiting the tow hooks under the front end on the concrete

The chipping under where cars park is probably from the heat of the engines.
The parking blocks with chip and chucks off them are more likely from car oil pans or suspension on lower car hitting them look around gas pumps yes there are chips there but not normally terrible

1 huge problem with the concrete is parking lots aren't concrete they're asphalt which gas can effect if it gets on it

If you would have put asphalt in gas instead of concrete it would have been separated into just rocks and tar.
