I just tried the Ruzel heavy grease thanks to you and a few others and I have to say I did not like it one bit. It's very hard to scoop and keeps having my hand very sticky. I have used stuff like Murray's Heavy Pomade which is very hard and grease but I did not have that issue with my hands.
Man, I am genuinely glad that the famous brand battle series is here with another season. Hats off Robin for this pleasurable series of yours. I would love to see Osis Shwarzkpof matt paste in this season as well.
I’ve used both and I honestly prefer rezuel better. It gives me a better hold and love the smell. I do keep buying suavicitos oil based too but I use rezuels more especially if it’s a fancier place.
Have yet to use Reuzel products. I’ve been leaning towards Lockharts Products for the most part. Have used Suavacito, and I’ll say the oil based is probably the best of theirs. The regular pomade just gives too much of a crunchy feel to my hair. Love Seeing the Brand Battles, Robin!
The Reuzel Pink is really good!!! Smell is fantastic. BUT….Murrays with Black and White as a topper is better at a hold and build up. It does feel heavy in the hair though. Cool review!!! Cheers from SoCal!!
I used to like grease pomade but with my grey hair it made it look so greasy. Although I think you need to go heavy with it or not at all. Great video as always.
Thanks bro! Your hair looks a little lighter and softer than mine so it was cool to see how the suavecito did. Also I liked the glossier shine of that one too! Next time I think it would be more helpful if you modeled the product with the same colored background, so we can see the color and gloss more apples to apples, in comparison. Thank you for your honest review, I found it quite helpful. 🙏🏽✌🏽
My complain is that grease is for greasers and no greaser use that small amount of grease on they're hair... I use a ton of grease on my hair and I think that's the way is intended
Really cool stuff! Great info, love it. Quick question, not used to oil based pomades here. When you say you'll need a shampoo to wash out the pomade, do you mean like just a single but nice solid shower shampoo and probably some conditioner or I'll have to work harder than that with a bunch of shampoos in a row? What's your input on this since?
I see two Reuzel products on top of the board, even ahead of Patrick's M3, does that mean a revisit of the holy grail list, or are their points for a certain je ne sais quais that get a product on to the Holy grail list?
Robin, I need your help. I have quite coarse hair, but the issue is that it’s very low-density and it makes it look like i’m balding on top. I have no idea how to style it or how to take care of it. Please help!
Could someone please tell me about the hold level of both Reuzel pink and Suavecito Oil-based , I have watched video and see Robin James evaluate them both 4point for "Hold". but I read at another page that they only evaluate Suavecito Oil-based 7/10 for Hold but Reuzel Pink 10/10. plz someone tell me your exp about them more.
And if you really want to wash Oil based pomade, Reuzel makes also scrub shampoo which works like dish washing detergent into your hair 🤭 very powerful shampoo ✌️
I’ve used both and I honestly prefer rezuel better. It gives me a better hold and love the smell. I do keep buying suavicitos oil based too but I use rezuels more especially if it’s a fancier place.
bro, please tell me about the Hold level of both. I am using Reuzel Pink and wanna change to Suavecito Oil based. but i am afraid that Suavecito can't hold well as Reuzel

I just recently joined the Reuzal cult, those tins are dope lol and who doesn't love the vibe of their brand. You have to love Brand Battles!
Would love to see a battle royale of all the UA-camr hair products! My vote for best goes to Ocean Clay! Another great video Robin!

I'm getting both obsessed with grooming glad I subscribed
Remember soul is more important than vanity!

Fun fact! The Ruzel pomade tin has been designed to be beaten up and dinted to give it that used and aged look.
But its 20 bucks!!!
Love the classic hairstyle with the parting you did with reuzel great for more formal events and timeless!
Suavecito water based is pretty good but comparing their oil based to reuzel... Reuzel by a long shot.

Ive been Waiting For this.. Ive been using this reuzel For ages.. It smells like hubbabubba chewing gum. So good.
Your hair looks great in this video, what was in it?
I’m liking how your hair looks at the beginning of the vid, good length and texture. What products did you have in?
My complain is that grease is for greasers and no greaser use that small amount of grease on they're hair... I use a ton of grease on my hair and I think that's the way is intended
Would love to see uppercut delux pomade vs Reuzel water base pomade
If you compare those pomades with uppercut monster hold which one is better?
I think upercut deluxe pomade or red one aquawater wax are better and cause they are water based, not greasy so the hair style it's easier to fix!

I am a huge fan of Hanz de Fuko quicksand! Potentially pair it up with something similar? 😏

Would love to see a review of Suavecito's Matte Pomade
Reuzel is the way to go Love it
Does reuzel make hait thicker ?
Please do urban prince vs suavecito pomade battle😊

Can I know which kind of wax/pomade or gel are you using in this video ?
If I’m using lots of wax based clay everyday, then should wash everyday also?
No. Buildup is key for oil based products. You can wash with water mut some of product is good to stay in hair
do you notice hair in your hands after applying pomade?
Reuzel water based pomade vs Blumaan fifth sample

Really like your explanation
And if you really want to wash Oil based pomade, Reuzel makes also scrub shampoo which works like dish washing detergent into your hair 🤭 very powerful shampoo ✌️
Seriously there is no competition pink Reuzel hands down.
I never seen the Susvecito oil based.
Robin , if you like a Reuzel lineup, you should give a shot to Reuzel Fiber pomade 👏
To greasy for me... gives me scalp acne. Hard to wash out.
Yeah they take elbow grease to wash out
reuzel cost like 10 here while suavecito cost like 20 here so the choise was easy
Save money just buy Murray’s you’re welcome
I like to see in Brand Battle brylcreem
