Love the home but I'd delete that tall cabinet/pantry in the kitchen use that space for a larger couch.

Was thinking the same about a smaller fridge & putting a small closet next to it if possible but when I saw the cabinets across from the washer/dryer area next to the bathroom, I thought that was a smart idea. Space saver!
Can you also do pocket doors instead of those barn doors that take up valuable wall space for art?

I love this model. I’ve spent lots of time studying the layout and even pulled the images into an editing software to see what my preferred customizations could look like. I’m so excited to be able to order mine once I have the land situation sorted. Hopefully very soon.

I love the kitchen, but I’d love more space in the living room. Nice addition to have that closet area across from washer and dryer combo next to bathroom door. If you’ve got a shower and not the bathtub, why cant use do an on-demand hot water heater? It would free up that cabinet space in laundry area.

Very nice design, but expensive. In my area, where cost of living is relatively lower, might be cheaper just to build a small home. I'd rather have a little less kitchen and little more living. I'd also want the bedrooms left without shelves and built -ins so I could decide lay-out. I prefer a shower/tub combo even if it's a tiny tub. Those would be my wants at that price, but everyone has their own preferences

Love this little house...I would do away with the small window in the bedroom...that's too many for a small space...there is ample light and have extra wall space..also do away with fake fireplace and put wood burning stove there..that would do nicely in winter and heat up the whole house..everything else looks great..
i would get rid of the storage at the rt of the kitchen and add a 2'x6' brkfst bar and omit the table. now the living area is 2' wider. what is the construction? insulation at flr,walls,clg?

I like this home I would move entertainment center into first bedroom and make it a living room. That way have area for dining room. I don’t need two bedrooms though.

I want to love these tiny homes but i keep seeing homes wider than 8.5 ft , making them absurd for moving and might as well be park model manufactured homes except those are much much nicer finishes and floorplans for similar price point per sq ft. I wish i was seeing videos from them of true THOW that are meant to be moveable.
Thank you for your comment! We do also build tiny homes at 8'6" widths! This is one of our Park Model floor plans (which can be built at 10' or 12' foot widths).

why is modern look so cold...not cozy at all. Too much white, not liking black faucet and shelf bars. In fact none of those shelves. All sharp angles and nothing round grr and way too big to be called tiny. My apt is 10ft x 16 ft
Could this be the best tiny house, ever? Not likely! I don't understand why most of the living space is encroached upon, by a giant kitchen table, then the laundry room has too much cabinetry in it, which would be lovely in a regular sized home, but not so much in a tiny home, as the extra space is needed in a bedroom with a proper closet And the living room, and a kitchen should be tailored, to the person's needs, because not everybody wants a huge kitchen and lots of cabinets, especially if they're not big on cooking! As I said, the space is better served in the main living area, the living room, and a comfortable bedroom with a nice wardrobe! The kitchen table completely crowds, the area, and everything in general, seems to be crammed in, with the exception of the laundry room, not a great selling point!

I’ve spent a ton of time analyzing this model and how I could customize it to what would suit me. When I emailed, you guys basically said that almost anything can be done 🙌
I think these tiny homes are scams for 160k you can buy a two bedroom rv for less than 40k new even less if you bought used from a private seller. Or a regular home in most areas from 160k or less.
We lived in an RV for 2 years while we built a house. Believe me, RV's are not well built and do not stand up to daily living. Everything inside broke over time. At 160k a tiny house is a solid wood structure will last many years.
Where on planet Earth are you buying a "regular home" for $160k?
nice layout but 12’x44’ = 528 sqft so small but not a tiny house. the official definition of “tiny” is 400 sqft or less. you are just trying to jump on the “tiny” bandwagon for marketing purposes. disingenuous and makes me wonder about your credibility. if you’ll lie about that, what else will you lie about.
Oh for goodness sakes..the man is not lying because he referred to this as a tiny house. He builds tiny houses that are smaller than this, too. 500 square feet IS tiny…despite you being so technical about only calling 400 or less “tiny”.

Why are you mad that they’re marketing their product in a category that suits them? It is a tiny/small home. I don’t think that there needs to be strict rules around the definition of tiny.
There can also be stigma around the word park model home and perhaps they’ve noticed a better response to the word tiny. It’s not disingenuous to market your product in a way that suits your customer. 🤷♀️

Although tiny houses seem pretty self-explanatory, they’re more specifically defined as any home that falls under a maximum of 500 square feet.
Yes it is a nice layout but three windows in the bedroom I go with one window and more closet space
