Yes sir of course. I use your discount code And. I have read more. Now than any time of my life. Even though it above my head. I enjoy learning. And really can’t stop reading
After having my technician license for 7 years I just used Ham Radio Prep to upgrade to general! I passed my exam online though Ham Study and passed my exam on my first try after only studying for a week! Thank you for everything to do to give back to the hobby
Eric, I just signed up to ham radio prep, I have been a ham tech for 31 years every since I was in the Air Force, I think it’s about time that I at least get my general class license so I signed up and I used your Eric 20 and got 20% off thank you very much for that. I will catch you on the air. Doug N0OBD. 73
Omg, what a stunning & awesome reference & so well thought out by Gianni. Will definitely have to budget for it. This would be also perfect for off grid comms where you're out in the middle of nowhere & mobile/cell coverage is poor which makes looking things up online difficult. Sure, one could download & print the info but being laminated means it's one less thing to worry about if you had moisture ingress & its easy to temporarily write on with non PM texta markers/sharpies. There's also the feeling we are helping a fellow ham by contributing to their efforts. Well done Eric & Gianni!. FYI, for reciprocity pronounce it as "reah see pro sea tee" (forgive me for the VK accent) & a fantastic reference for those hams who are thinking of visiting other nations to operate & VK, USA & EU have CEPT agreements to operate ham radio as I was able to run my 2m HT in SV & hit the repeaters in Rhodos (SV5), Patras (SV3) & Athens/Attiki (SV1). Mt Athos is the high mountain peak monastery in Greece (SV) which is many times typically reached by winching up people via baskets due to its steepness & is also famous in Greece for prophet Elder Paisios & Elder Joseph of Vatopedi & I'm told where actual monks apparently operate the ham radio station. Would love to snag it!. FYI, Monk Iakovos (SV2RSG/A) operates from there & the ARRL requested Mt Athos stations sign as /A in their callsigns. Love your videos so much Eric, looking forward for more & hope you're doing really great!
I ordered 2 of them. One for me, one for a gift. Thanks for letting us know about it! If you email the creator, he will point you to an online store that carries them in stock.
I have an earlier edition. One caution: the laminated pages are NOT waterproof!! I accidentally spilled coffee on my copy and a couple of the pages delaminated. The content is top notch.
reh-si-pross-city - I have to use it in another hobby unrelated to Amateur Radio. I have words like that also that completely mess me up. And drug/prescription names. They're the worst. Very cool book!
I would say its a grate work . and its a cliver idea to have such information like that in a hard copy with you in all times, Im intrested in having one, I can use it to teach young hams, I need to order one.
Hey Eric. Thanks for all you say and do thank you for Ham radio prep just recently received the general and it’s all because of you and your videos. KI5SPA. 73
And I love when I have internet to look up this information when I am in the middle of the Atlantic ocean on my sailboat with no internet at all... Thanks
Dam, ordering in USA is from DX Engineering, $55 for the book, shipping, tax = $75.75…. Ouch! I still ordered it, looks like a wealth of info to have at your fingertips, just wish the guy who put it together was getting more of the $’s….. I’ll have to give my input when I get back from my up coming POTA activation from June 5-15. It’s out of stock and won’t ship until June 8th (roughly)…. Looks cool!

Brother I am new to ham and still learning.can i private message you for more questions. I have my beginner Baofeng bf8hp. It works and currently added an Ed Fong DBJ2 antenna. Is it worth getting an analog radio or dmr. I’m lost
Thanks for all your great videos. I'm a newbie working on my tech license, then general, what is a good starter transceiver that doesn't cost a lot? I'm having trouble learning cw but, determined to not give up. It seems everything on the ham bands for phone is ssb I have a 10 meter radio but it's am/ FM only and no cw capability, and is limited to 28.315-28.700Mhz. any suggestions? This book is probably gonna be my next purchase. Thanks to you and the author. God bless, and 73's
Res+Saw+Praw+City Reciprocity: a word frequently used in the nursing community to acknowledge licensing from another state. The other word in your video may not be a typo. it is reciprocal licensing agreement, eg i can go to VP8 with my full UK license with my application fee to Stanley Post Office and get a VP8 callsign for a short peroid, same as i could do the same in the USA/Canada etc etc (and it is spelt the non english american way :) )
and americans also pronounce the K as kilowatt, when according the phonenetic alphabet it is KILO, hard to tell whether it is a deliberate mis pronounce or not especially when other US are trying to step over the K station when you working a pileup, some SSB ops have never heard of waiting before calling toooooooooooo simple even for sum supposed"big gun 1.5kw stations" so much for the dx code of conduct, but hey if you have 1.5kw step over everyone
Very nice book, to bad the shipping is expensive, by the time I order the book and pay for shipping it’s over 70 dollars, to bad it’s not available in the US
I've been waiting all along for what this has to do with Alice in Chains, whose album cover of 'Jar of Flies' is on your monitor... :-) Anyways, 73 and all the best; HA5BMS
