I spent a day doing fun free things around London for your benefit. Tower Bridge Lift Times www.towerbridge.org.uk/lift-t... Buy my merch: ibxtoycat.store
London sightseeing can be really expensive but in reality it can be done at basically zero cost. Definitely avoid hop-on-hop-off bus tours because they're just a way of looking at things which you could do on-foot, or take the 24 public bus route (buses are very safe in London) and it goes through a lot of major sights for about £2 (kids free). The stuff worth paying for in London is the restaurants, the shows, the pubs, the gigs, the markets etc. That's what actual Londoners spend their money on!
@@misspatvandriverlady7555 I have already done that, fwiw. But thanks for the suggestion. Also, on the topic of free museums, there's some free ones in St Louis too. And their zoo is also free. But my post was also a subtle reference to flights to Vegas and hotels there being rather cheap in comparison to other destinations. If there was a portal in Vegas specifically, then people could stay in Vegas for cheaper prices and then transit into London via the portal. However, I suppose this would depend on how large the portal is. If it's a narrow portal, it could be a limited number of people each day who could cross. Plus, going through border control could add some time to the trip. But I think overall it would be worth it.
I remember my fifth day in London I was first in line to see the Crown Jewels in the Tower of London and right after going through the exhibit the line was almost completely full, the city is jam packed!
If this video was ten seconds longer, it would be 13:37. 8:09 "You could immediately walk OVER to the Tower of London." -- Proceeds to walk UNDER to the Tower of London.
can you do a video on travel in London because as someone who's recently moved into London its all very confusing for someone who's never used pub transport in the uk
Great video, but every time I watch a video that is being recorded by someone behind the camera, I can't stop wondering who is holding it. Idk if it is just me but it also makes me feel like I'm recording and while watching, I think of ways I would capture what you are saying. Btw love your confidence and style of speaking.
Yes, I think the same thing too. A friend or family most likely, but even more interesting would be asking a passerby to film. Ask enough to film you for 1-2 minutes each and then splice it together, then you don't need any friends!

To anyone asking, visiting Toycat isn't on this list because you have to pay your Toycat Tax
I paid it, but he still says he only wants to see me parasocially, which is very British, in itself! 🤷♀️
This is a very authentic Londoner's view. I hope genuine tourists end up seeing it because it's really how most of us feel about sights in the city.

Toycat is yes
It’s a dream to visit a place with so much history
You forgot to mention the free magic portal between Vegas and London so that everyone in America can easily access these free things.
I suggest accessing the free stuff in D.C. instead of you are stuck here in the good ol’ US of A! 😊

This was great. Thank you so much for this.

St. James'! don't forget the apostrophe! It's pronounced "Saint James's Park".
Wish I could’ve seen this before I went to London!
If I could easily subscribe twice, I would
