i realize it is kind of off topic but do anybody know of a good site to stream newly released series online?
@Corey Chandler Ehh try Flixportal. Just search on google after it:D -kieran
@Kieran Daxton Thank you, I went there and it seems like a nice service :) I really appreciate it!
@Corey Chandler you are welcome xD
I've watched a few of your videos over the past day or two and I have been learning a whole load of things that I thought I knew already. The way you demonstrate the techniques makes it very easy to understand without being patronising. Perfect balance. Thanks.
Great to hear! - Lee
Jeremy is simply the King of Knife Skills
Thanks! - Lee
Terrific teaching.
Thank you so much for doing this series Jeremy! I so hoped you would do a knife skills primer with the Chinese cleaver. I'm learning tons. Thank you!
You're welcome! - Lee

INFREAKINCREDIBLE!!!!! I LOVE YOUR TUTORIALS!!
I love the Cutting School! I want to know when the best time to use certain knives are as well.
Thanks for teaching me. If bees had knees, you would be the knees.
Great explanation, Thanks
You're welcome! - Lee

Your'e the best out here. I've learn a lot from your vids. Keep on young man :-)
Thank you! - Lee
That mushroom beef.... Dear Lordy!!!!
That chicken Kiev was unreal as well! - Lee
Can I use that same roll cut method for slicing chicken thighs. Thanks a lot for this series. Learning so much .
You should be able to! - Lee
Great video Jeremy, thanks for the tutorials.
Thank you! - Lee
LOVE THIS CHANNEL! Jeremy always teaches us something. Am I right when I saw Jeremy in the background on an episode of Kitchen Nightmares?
Thanks! I don't think he's ever been in the background of a Kitchen Nightmares episode haha - Lee
@@SchoolofWok My mistake it was a competition show Gordon Ramsay was having in London that was trying to find the best Indian Restaurant there.
Would you debone a whole chicken for us?
I'll see what we can do! - Lee
9:22 shock
Can you do a honey chicken vid mate, hailing from Australia it's pretty commonly ordered here
I'll see what we can do! - Lee
Can you get the Gladiator butchers knife from Dalstrong and teach the best way to use it? 🤔 It's called the Obliterater.
Was hoping for some chicken thigh butchery :(
I hope so also.
Maybe a future video! - Lee
I’ve noticed that you used a plastic chopping board for your meat. Are non-wooden boards recommended for slicing/dicing meat? I thought they were bad for knives?
Plastic boards are just easier to clean after cutting meat on! - Lee
School of Wok thanks Lee! Aren’t they bad for knives?
Pick up the phone!!! Just kidding... great videos!!!!! Thanks so much for the lessons!
You’re very welcome! - Lee
Tell us exactly how to make hand pulled noodles. Make a video step by step. From start to end with all the brands of materials you are using.
It's in the works! - Lee
Thanks a lot!!
Jeremy has a cursed photo of him in a chef's outfit in the attic. His face never ages but the photo does, Dorian Gray style. It works except for the hands. Look at those old man hands!
How old is Jez? 25? 35? 45? 75 (hands...). Nobody knows!
Hahahaha, this made us laugh in the office! - Lee
Are there any particular knife brands you recommend?
We have our own brand of cleavers! Check out the links in the description!
What beef steak were you using?
It's a sirloin! - Lee
What is that book it was showing??
Thank you for this informative video. Do you have a recipe on UA-cam for the chilli butter?
Thanks! We just mixed the chilli oil we made in the first knife skills video with some butter - Lee
@@SchoolofWok Deliciously simplistic, thanks!
What was that piece of beef?
It's important to mention the need for quality knives. Even with great skill, a crappy knife won't cut it. Pardon the pun.
Not sure, I gave today someone a new kitchen knife because half the blade was missing. "You shouldn't, I can work with the top half alone ..."
Master of the obvious says, "Don't try this with a DULL KNIFE!!!"
Definitely don't do it with a dull knife - Lee
Is this how you would cut chicken breast pieces so they are all the same thickness for stirfry?
Absolutely!
surely the grain of the meat dictates the way to cut the meat? You don't want tough meat.....
Ummmmm, Chicken Kievs are chilli oil and butter? Haha
It's typically garlic butter, but we thought we'd take it up a notch haha. It was quite delicious!
No disrespect bit that was to slow and boring
I like your vidéo but man you talk to much 🤣🤣🤣
TOO, not TO.
I can’t take anyone seriously that uses the same knife for everything.
Chinese cooking bro
I can't take anyone seriously that uses a special knife for each task.
Its a demo video you damn idiots
