    I’ve noticed that you used a plastic chopping board for your meat. Are non-wooden boards recommended for slicing/dicing meat? I thought they were bad for knives?

    Jeremy has a cursed photo of him in a chef's outfit in the attic. His face never ages but the photo does, Dorian Gray style. It works except for the hands. Look at those old man hands!
    How old is Jez? 25? 35? 45? 75 (hands...). Nobody knows!

    It's important to mention the need for quality knives. Even with great skill, a crappy knife won't cut it. Pardon the pun.
