"The Whole gang is here to help celebrate Polkaroo’s birthday!! Join in the preparations...hang decorations...light the candles...wrap the gifts...but where is Polkaroo!
Bear, Marigold, Humpty, and Dumpty are all dressed up for the party and special friends are calling on the Polkaroo-a-phone. The songs have been sung. The Story Time Clock has chimed and the story has been told...still no Polkaroo!
Maybe the trail of beautiful balloons will help lead Polkaroo’s pals to his hiding spot. Surely he hasn’t forgotten that today his his special day!
Does the party have to be cancelled??
