No Sugar, this is definitely takes More than one minute it’s a win-win for me ..This is definitely healthy natural for the body. I eat Chia seeds with my oatmeal, but I do want to try this recipe so I can get the full effect of the nutrition I need for my body. Thank you for the recipe. I’m definitely willing to try it.

You could add fresh or powdered ginger instead of the biscuits if you want the flavor without the highly processed biscuits.
