I love that line, “The race is just the beauty contest. All the work & suffering beforehand makes the suffering on race day seem easy”

My niece was adopted from China. She's definitely American and was a typical teen. She had no real interest in her birth parents. My sister tried to get any information but was not successful. She's now year 2 of college with a plan to study in France. She's amazing and got past the tweener stuff.

Ken doesn't look like a marathon runner more like a 100m sprinter.

Ken Rideout, righthand man of Teddy Atlas. Loves fighters as he was an ex-prison guard, athlete, top runner!
