Doesn't the overage, by default the mortgage company is in 2nd position, get the overage go to them, towards the forclosed amount? I noticed no other questions have been answered, still hoping there's some truth and opportunity from this content.
There is paperwork that must be done by the seller giving you power of attorney for them but most dont trust us so you may hv to get aone to mk the seller feel secure.hope that helps
