How are that good tricks to approach someone in a bar? You just make them feel unconfortable with that questions. You can see how the 2 girls are bored and annoyed because they are to dumb to answer. The only 2 having fun are the 2 guys making fun of the 2 girls...
Seriouly guys, the girls look bored to death after about 1 minute. If they were not in front of a cam, they would have change place (or tell you to get lost) faster than a ufo above washinton... But at least they seem to have pity on you and decide to stay. Yeah, ... that can work to get girls...friends.
Both these girls body language is very closed. One has legs crossed away from the men, with hands closed in front, the other is using her purse as a barrier.
Very astute! They were literally the only women at the bar not working for the shoot, and I don't think they quite knew what they were getting into.

The main flaw in PUA is that you already think girls are these somehow "more special than you" things that need to be "impressed". You're setting them on a pedestal and now you're looking for ways to get them down there again. Newsflash, girls are normal humans that you can talk to just because. Magic tricks or bar tricks never can be a substitute for a lack of confidence or being interesting / funny etc.

I was curious; now that I've watched most of this clip, I know one thing for sure; I would never go near a bar etc. in my whole life again, if this is what would be expected from me. I would prefer to be on my own, for the rest of my life, if the only other possibility was this kind of "interaction". So: If you want that many people watch your clips, yo've done the right thing, if you want that the title symbolizes the content, you should use another one.

i did the first puzzle from first try, there couple of ways to do it... the last puzzle is kinda tricky because most people that live in USA dont go by military time, and there are a lot of people who dont know how military time works... maybe if it was 950 = 101010, would make more sense, but even then i doubt i would have got it.

this is b0l0x!! he is basically saying to make it easy picking up chicks all you have to do is be confident, interesting, funny and charming... that's like saying to be good at basketball all you have to do is be good at basketball... also girls don't go to bar for some one to come and ask them to draw a puzzle... this would not work.

Actually no. I simply asked if they knew any good bar tricks. When they said no, I presented a puzzle which I learned from this show. And they went to work on it without hesitation. So no my point is not moot but apparently you've completely missed it.

Why don't you just chuck them out the window, go to a bar with a puzzle and get going. If you try it 100 times and then conclude it doesn't work, give up. Adam Lyons isn't showing that he promotes actual manipulation of women in his "training" (which he's now quit, apparently) for the PUA community. What he's talking about here is basic social skills psychology with confidence, which isn't exclusive to him. This isn't Pick Up Artist-y YET. In the PUA world they about how to manipulate women into getting them to agree to have sex, not dating, which is FUCKED UP. I'm curious now that Brian has a teenage daughter, if he still appreciates these old videos of supporting PUA industry, albeit indirectly.

James Dreger if you dont want to go to a bar, then just don't go. Ill be frank and say that women that go to bars with the intent of meeting someone normally want a confident dude that is easy to talk to. If you have trouble doing that or if bars arent your thing, you would probably be better off going somewhere else where you KNOW that the women that are there are more your type.

The entire notion is a failure. There is really only one trick to it. Be yourself and find the girl that fits and loves that. People who think they need to play games etc in order to find someone to satisfy their sexual desires are inherently immature and will only hook up with someone matching that. Its an immature masculine approach. If youre a real person you will meet a real person. Someone who actually likes you for whom you are, not charmed by superficial tricks.

I think that the gist of this video is as follows:
Approach girls who are not so great looking so you can practice your game while there is not much pressure on. From there, gradually build your way up to the real hotties.

I found many years ago a trick how to meet women. in a bar as you walk by a women drop a five dollar bill near her bar stool. Sit down at the bar then look her way. Act surprised looking at the floor and then get up walkover to her lean over pickup the bill and say is this yours. If she's honest she will say no it's not mine. In turn you put the money on the bar and walk away and sit down at the bar. She will think your honest and start up a conversation with you. It works 3 out of 4 times.

I went to dinner with all the colleagues from my dance company after our production. One of the tables had some of our guest including some really cute girls who were adamant about not seeing my tricks. I bet I could wow them or I would pay for dinner.
The were adamant not to see your tricks because they sensed you were only trying to show them these tricks because you thought they were cute and wanted to get laid but they weren't interested. Don't think girls can't sense why you have this stupid approach. Also don't think magic tricks or bar tricks can be a substitute for a lack of confidence or being interesting / funny etc.
This is what 20-somethings have devolved to thanks to social media, the Internet, and inexpensive video cameras.
