Thanks for bringing us these videos, really does scare you as what mother nature can throw at us , really enjoyed your videos of getting your business up and running and all the good people around you , big thank you,
Thanks for the update, not all that enjoyable to witness, but necessary, one should never forget about one’s neighbor, no matter the distance, no matter the circumstances, the helping hand speaks volumes, you sir, do very well in that department as far as I can see.
Thank you for the video showing the destruction from the hurricane 🌀. Please keep sharing your videos and I hope you have got your property back to some normalcy and your family as well.
First to Comment. Lol Salute all the way From Mexico ' Tijuana. Thank You for Your Service, Helping always those in need. Ya'll will come pass this!!! 💯🔥
This is only the beginning and it is very certain that it will get worse quickly. People make demands, but people themselves don't even notice how the demands become a problem for further demands of their own. People do not realize how one demand becomes a problem for the next. People like to say that they want to run up and down the stairs at the same time or at the same moment. People are connected to contradictions, and people don't pay enough attention to that. The claims are often linked to old views and people do not see how they have adopted the way of checking those views. Many people find it difficult to question their own testing method or to test it better.
That's just awful to see so much damage and you're right, it's going to take everybody pulling together and helping one another and I pray and hope all those people can get their homes fixed back. It's going to take some time to get everything straightened up and back in order but everyone needs to do what they can to make it work. If I was able to and had a way to travel, I would help out with whatever I could do to help out there. I always believed in helping people and still do around here when someone hollers at me. But I hope everybody gets lined back out soon.
It's like that all over Augusta. Montclair looks worse than Westlake and Summerville, Forest Hills and all that area are devasted. Thanks for posting the video.
Looking at what you are showing, it looks like one of the main tasks is clearing the roads? Have a think about the most efficient way to clear them? A trailer to tack away the larger logs? Some sort of mobile chipper and drop body to move the chips? All of which you could take to your recycle facility?
That's a lot of trees down & on roofs. It's staggering to see what happened. Thank you for taking the time to share this. The look on your face and your voice pretty much sums it up.
Reminded me of when UK had it's biggest storm for 100 yrs way back in '86, I had to drive from Basingstoke to Croydon a trip that normally took 50 mins, took me 3 1/2 hrs with numerous diversions for downed trees and wires all over the place. That was the night when Sevenoaks lost most of its famous 7 Oaks and so many of the different forests on the way lost 75% of their trees in just that storm. Talk about nightmare, there is nothing as powerful as Mother Nature. If she decides on a route get out of her way - she's going regardless of what you think. Thanks Ryan, we here in UK, don't hear about what goes on over there, mind you I've heard that some places in N Carolina are still trapped, because people can't get in or out, because of the devastation around them, they're flying food and water to them via helicopters. Just doesn't bear thinking about.
Stevens Creek Rd is unrecognizable. From what I’ve seen West Lake and Summerville were some of the hardest hit areas in Augusta. Walton Way will never be the same.
It absolutely is unrecognizable. This was West Lake, in this video. I haven't seen Summerville yet, but I've heard it's bad. Hammonds Ferry in North Augusta, also.
I drove on Ingleside dr Saturday after the storm. We couldn't get all the way through but we're able to turn around at the rotary. We drove over power lines, barely under low power lines and even under a tree that fell across the road.
Pines trees mostly if I am not wrong lots of yellow pollen too. Lots of firewood for sure. This was not in the news at all only North West North Carolina. Found memories of my 4 years in Atlanta covering all the traditionnal South East States or in our office jargon SEUSA.
Prayers for all impacted. We.are.out 20 almost.to Alabama line. The first.thing we did 25 years ago when we built our homd.was to clear out every pine within 150/feet of the homesite. Pines are the worst in storms for sure. Looks like 95% of the trees down in your area are.pines. We sold all our logs back then and made some good money. If I remember correctly, we.were getting $100 bucks a cord for logs 12'6" and larger and at.least 8" on the small end.
My wife and I drive over the road and we passed through your area on I-20 this morning heading to a delivery down here in Charleston.. I could not believe the amount of trees down for a good 100 miles through Georgia and up to SC. I was in disbelief just how many miles of destruction there was.
Wow. Thanks for sharing. Honest question. Would those trees be safe to actually burn as firewood??? Any chance those would be toxic??? Just incredible.
I ain't gonna push the subject too much, i know y'all got a lot going on but when you're all settled back down and cleared up I'd love to see some 75DK footage going to town on some garbage at the landfill. I really hope things are starting to look up for y'all. Sending positive vibes from Canada.
lot of trees down there. wouldn't think there would be a lot of energy left after that far inland. relatively little damage here and we're just off the gulf.
This may sound like a dumb question, but with all of those huge pine trees, can a lumber mill make use of all of those? Lots of possible boards, potential plywood there.
Omg wow that is hard to see , as your driving by you couldn't even see some of the houses because of height of the tree,s that are stacked up along side of the streets , they definitely got it worse , I'm thinking their still without power , were do you even begin , heart breaking
🤩🤩🤩Finally..... a video after waiting for a week. Even for my favourite TV series next episode, I wasn't excited so much. I almost wanted to Airdrop a starlink to you (not Apple Airdrop, C-130 Airdrop😄). I work for NDRF in India as "Rapid Disaster Response Tactician" and "Situational Awareness and Disaster Impact Rapid Mitigation Operations Director". I came across your UA-cam channel just 1 week ago (when PTO generator video came out) and I loved watching every minute of every video. Your channel videos have Rich content and Quality shooting (no shaking, good frame composition, comprehensive views using drone, etc). I haven't watched your other channel, but This channel definitely deserves a LOT MORE subscribers, so I am subscribing (your's is only the 2nd channel that I subscribed after watching UA-cam for decades, also, this is my FIRST TIME comenting in a UA-cam video). Please remember me (Srinivas from Warangal, India) when you become a famous UA-camr.
Reminds me of what it looked like here in Iowa in 2020. We got hit with a derecho with 140 mph winds. It took everyone helping everyone and years to clean up. There are still areas that haven’t been touched since. Prayers to everyone.
Man that’s crazy i didn’t realize how much damage yall had. All the attention has been turned to the mountains but looks like yall could use some help as well.
That's insane to see the damage so so many trees 🌳 down , hopefully everyone ok there 🙏, there's alot off things to do there lots off fire wood 🪵, will some off that timber go to saw millers as its a pity such good timber for sure ok all God bless everybody there keep safe , thanks for sharing Mr Digg you could see how emotionally you were for sure , untill you go thought something like that we don't fully understand
This reminds me of our damage here in South Alabama after Hurricane Ivan. It changes the landscape and the economy, buy every piece of real estate you can right now. You will profit greatly in the future.
That is insane. People can't comprehend what it takes to break a 24-inch pine 15 ft off the ground. Could walk your mulcher and a backhoe down there for the next month. So sad. That really is hard to watch.
That's all sad hope everything gets back together soon for everyone. And if it was me or if I had a truck and a piece of equipment there's a lot of good wood hardwood that could be sold to sawmills that there's a lot of it laying in people's yard that you could go up there and not charge them but still make a couple dollars by clearing their tree
FEMA paid for the clean up and grinding of the Storm Damage in Cedar Rapids Ia in 2020. Get with your city Forestry Department and get signed up for FEMA funds for grinding.
THATS JUST TERRIBLE. Here in the Clearwater area most of the damage is a combo of downed trees and flooded homes. Your tree damage is worse than heere but some areas here got destroyed.

Been in Canada we use a lot of firewood. Doesn’t get cold enough down there and a lot of people would use firewood like you mention it would be free firewood.
Is possible to set up one of ur shredders or chippers in locations closer to these neighborhoods so u can get thru the tree waste faster without having to transport bulk trees, mulch is easier to move. Possibly reach out to rotochopper for some help?
I would love to have a few truck loads of those straight 12 inch 20 foot longer logs with the bark on, out here , I could use them thanks BigAl California
Thanks for showing the definition mr digg its brakes my heart for the poor people haven’t got much but make a donation if you tell me where to send it😢🇬🇧
