I loved her explanation of meditation because she showed it...a deep breath in silence. I remember reading a mindfulness book called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels that anxiety loves to fight and struggle. The key is meditation like she said...not fighting the anxiety but observing it and sitting with it, allowing it to pass in its own time.

I didn’t get my drivers license until I was 26 years old because for years I was always afraid that I would get into a fatal car crash. It could be scary. You just need the right teacher and people to push you in a positive way.

I had a full-blown panic attack a couple of days ago when I was driving it was such a nightmare I had to pull over on the side of the road. And when it happens it's literally out of nowhere

I didnt know if it was a stroke or what and honestly i was more worried for others on the road 😪 yes and now im anxious each time. I put a xanax under my tongue so it helped me get home so that gives me solace. I hope it never happens to u again! 💖
