hey there, watched the vid, and it hit close to home. struggled with excess weight myself, heart concerns and all that jazz. turned to Aspect Health, got a plan that worked for me. lost weight safely, improved heart health, got more energy. life's better. speaking of relationships, had my worries too. not gonna spill all the beans, but honesty's key. hope things work out for the speaker and Caleb. much love.
It is sad seeing Caleb in these episodes knowing he is going to pass away soon. Also, how is he in a facility and not losing weight? I never understood that even when Tammy was in there.
I believe the facility is there to help and offer the right things, but that they can still kinda do what they want; ie order food, etc. Seems like he needs something stricter, but some people will still find a way to cheat. Things like door dash must really be a challenge for those with food addictions.

I get why Caleb didn’t tell her the scary news about himself…some men show their love and concern by not making their spouse or partner worry, in their mind, by not communicating on what’s really going on. My father hid his cancer diagnosis from us girls because we had just lost our mom; in his mind and heart he was protecting us by not having us worry about him. (Yeah, not good and hard to come to terms with it but I guess I understood it more after he passed away.)

I don't think Caleb had intentions on leaving that rehab I think he was trying to keep Tammy stuck there i don't know why they got married there I feel the show set Tammy up she said she was going to lose the weight this time and she did I feel like Caleb death was his karma he should of left her alone it seem like all the men in they life just bring them down I feel like Caleb lied to her he seem like he needed her more then she need him and never did anything to lose the weight and blame his depression eating on Tammy when she left the devil stay busy😢
