how bright should i be using a lightbar? max brightness in the dark? also should i have some lights behind the monitor to make it better or not necessary?

Hey, these are some great question. I use my lightbar at maximum brightness in the dark aswell, but it depends on how you like your atmosphere. Having lighting behind the light bar is actually beneficiary to your eyes. Having bias lighting can reduce stress/ strain because it will create consistent reference for your eyes. (Some biology and physics involved).
