This one is not new. I’ve already seen this.
At almost every job if you don't follow rules and do whatever you want usually gets fired. So if Mark is soooooo irritated with Will and upset with Will"s work habits and quality should fire him. He keeps Will because he is cheap and his paint skills are not top notch. Check out some other shows when they are assembling the cars you'll see flaws even after cut and buff. So all cars are like this to make the paint just like factory. Im guessing if the customer wanted a better show quality paint job they do better job painting and the cut and buffing.

Well I'm here to say mark is completely full of shit trying to say he saw orange as yellow. This is not how being colour blind works.
What happens when you are colour blind is you have a hard time seeing let's say aqua...if you are colour blind you will either see it as blue or green but it's not like you only see one shade of each colour . You can see the difference in lighter or darker colours. It's just when you look at stuff like the screen of circles with numbers inside ,I could only see 3 circles with numbers,the rest just looked like lighter and darker shades of whatever colour the circle was. Lastly most people who are colour blind have problems with greens and blues. I've even had people try to argue they only see in black and white because they're colour blind😂😂😂 SMH
