I admit, this version of this movie is very beautiful, like one of the most I've pretty much ever watched while growing up. The idea of movies like this is to portray the life of Jesus Christ. Some people love this film so much they love the quality of attraction it is to them. The movies about him though aren't going to state every word from the Bible. Some of us have to keep in mind, the truth of Jesus Christ comes mostly in the Bible beyond any portrayal of him. The movie is just a helpful way to give us an idea of what really happened and some details of the story behind it that the Bible won't exactly mention specifically. But the emotions of this film is very touching. Honestly I like this better than watching pretty much any film of the death of Jesus Christ, cause those film are good too but some of them are too overwhelming. The best of this film is the portrayal of his birth and life more than just the death of him. For my age, I sort of am into some of the style of old fashioned.

The world tells us to do whatever is required to get for ourselves. Dating coaches instructing us on how to play mind games to get the hot girl or the Chad, women attracted to money, power and the dark triad, and men only attracted to the physical attributes of a woman, all fly in the face of Jesus's beautiful words of hope for those who suffer and are abused. It's one of the major reasons that I believe in Christ. Because even though his words run counter to man's way of thinking, somehow they sound so right. How can anything that defies our logic sound so right unless it were from a special place? My money's on Jesus.

Powell was my favorite depiction of Jesus. He just had this captivating presence. I think it was the holy spirit because he often fasted and prayed to play this part. To the true Jesus though, I thank you Lord for everything. Forgive us for our sins lord, and may we see you in the sky soon.
