2-3 week break is perfect. If you get straight back to it you’re gonna burn yourself out, lose motivation and probably get injured during the season 💪

Q&A: How important do you think is mental training and how to train mentally?
I really hope this gets chosen
honestly, he's talked about this before. mental training comes from experiences and being in hard situations. no other way to train it.
Do hard shit every day. Train at 6 am and push outside of your comfort zone. That’s how you improve mentally. You can’t read about it to improve it. Start doing!
@@CryptoGainzMF that's right do tough things...BUT the example with the morning workout isn't the best.I also train in the morning most of the time but if you train at 5am and 5pm is the same bro..Anyway,I agree with you!
@@michas1312 I disagree, waking up at 5 daily is very hard, so it makes you stronger mentally, instead of just comfortably waking up at like 9 to train. Ofcourse the training itself is the same at 5 am and 5 pm, but it's a lot less comfortable to go at 5 am.

From the defending I see in MLS and the general quality of some players I'll be honest Matt played better than them this season so I think you should try and push for MLS if you can or go to the best USL team because you reall are there in terms of quality!!
