The drummer is not Chad no way. This is a fake of some kind. The guitar players good though regardless. John's a little more rhythmic skilled than him I think. That's my humble guess.

i mean the picture isnt leeds, but whatever... From a musical standpoint they aren't "failing" as some people put it. I can tell the intro part is dubbed in and faded out into the mix. Also its very soundboard quality mixed for a live show, that the only media i could find for it is somebodies phone.
End of the day who fucking cares, this is pretty epic, emotional music im more than happy to jam over. Goodjob to whoever played on it

although the licks are not complex, but they fit well with flea's beautiful bassline and chad's great drum beats , and John's varieties of guitar tones; love from China, forgive my poor English haha

This isn't the rhcp....it's not john's wah tone....the crowd noise disappears....the bass is playing the SAME exactly riff the entire time....come on guys...also i've never heard john use the reverse delay function.

Someone trying cover john in home. This is not red hot not john tone, not john licks, not john effects, not john feeling at all. The crowd sounds totally in sync & flows through the silence before Flea speaks & continues with no cut after Flea (who still has that slight Australian accent that I as an Aussie recognise) finishes speaking & no break in the sounds & continuity of the crowd are there!This is 100% John Flea & Chad but in Poland not Leeds. Flea & Chad basically provide the background for John to showcase over & are just careful not to steal his thunder & that's why neither showcases himself. It's JOHN"S send off guys & neither Flea nor Chad what to detract from John! Get it? ;D
It's obvious fake. You can hear anthony starts to talk and being cut at 10 seconds, and do you really belive that the crowd stayed in silence during all the performance and keeps silent after they finish?? And flea keep in loop for don't interrupt john doesn't make sense. Isn't hard sync 2 audios with a program nowdays.

Sounds like Flea saying something about Jamming not Anthony to me. Anyway it's Fusciante playing the guitar & it does sound like a flea loop though as the bass just doesn't change from beginning to end. As to whether it's chad on drums or not who knows but there's no way on earth the drumming is looped. Any1 who really cares that much over trivia can listen to the complete Reading & Leeds fest & make their personal judgement. Is this really worth arguing about is worth considering. It's all opinions except +DontPatronizeMe who claims to have the CD & I believe him myself
dimethaltryptamine1 people why are you so easy to fool omg, this is obviously not them, if you guys pay more attention to flea and chads jamming you would completely know that they changed tempos, play real hard then go back to some melodic, play off each other, and this not the sound of flea or Chad, "John's" sound here is more close. You can clearly tell it's not them

anybody that has listened to them live john almost always hits that fuzzy screaming guitar with ridiculous bends like hes trying to rip the guitar apart. in this jam I was expecting that to happen. I would have to guess its just a excellent cover band jam. regardless cool groove to whioeever it is!

+taity “john-F1962” maty Then you have never heard Zappa nor the Chilli's properly. Zappa never came close to anything like this style & it's very obviously the chilli's without Anthony's singing as though not hearing him makes it not sound like the Peppers.
With Anthony's singing not in here, the many mistakes and creative and technical difference these musicians have from the Red Hot Chili Peppers are all the more obvious. Can't believe you're serious even.

sounds like john, but that's definitely not chad smith on drums. you can easily tell. those drums are weak. he plays much more aggressively and way more funky. same with bass. that's not flea. sounds like john style but I don't think its john either. he never kicked on the fuzz to some nasty scales and licks was just kinda sticking to that same lick or little riff there. still sounds awesome. I would guess this is a pretty decent chili cover band. style is very close. the drums is what throws me most.

no, its got some sound at the beginning from an old concert, but the rest of the tune is recorded by the uploader. all instruments, anyone who's followed the chili peppers live concerts over the years could tell you that. but like i said, its not bad - its just not the chili peppers
+Jake Bland It's the Poland not Leeds the show but definitely John, Flea & Chad. They don't sound exactly the same every single time & especially not on Jams. If there was any way of actually proving it I would put money on it being John & Flea.
+John Johnson Definitely is Johns playing matey. He's just growing & jamming never sounds the same twice. You can't jam the same song cause a jam diverges from the song even if it starts as a song & each jam will have different variants & a different feel to it :)

Paul Novell how gullible do you have to be to think this is The Chilis? This isn't them. Just because you hear Flea doesn't mean that this is them. Flea's voice is from another concert that fades out into this non-Chilis jam. I mean seriously, the crowd goes incredibly silent after that... You don't hear them cheering or anything. And another side note, Flea wouldn't play the EXACT same bass line throughout the whole thing. Also, that isn't Chad's drumming. I'm sorry my friend, this isn't them. Don't get my wrong, this is a very good jam. If you get anything to prove me wrong, I would love to hear it.
