  • Ever found yourself stuck between a rock and a hard place because your kid can't get their student loan situation together? That's exactly what's happening to Tim, a 68-year-old dad whose wife cosigned their son's student loans that have ballooned from $48K to over $80K.
With the wife's retirement just around the corner, those delinquent loans have wrecked her credit score, blocking her from refinancing the debt herself.
In this video, I’ll share tips on how Tim and his wife can protect their own finances despite being tied to their sons.

Suggestion - if possible, pay it off and then leave him out of your will.

What can I do about loan forgiveness for a parent plus loan? I looked into the SAVE plan( I think that is what it's called). The repayment was more than it was with Nelnet. Also, my son will be going back to school in August for his master's. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you!
