I love Honda Bikes even more now!!! And specially my cbr1000😎

Man I just upgraded from my 750 to the same CBR, color and all. I'm diggin' the upgrade so far. The power difference is a LOT more than I expected. The CBR1000RR pulls in 5th from 70 to 100 like my gsxr did in 2nd (maybe 3rd)... I didn't expect it to be THAT much different!
Had a RC51 back in the day. Loved that bike. Had to sell it before I did something stupid to myself. I felt like I was flirting with death. More and more ballsy every time out, I knew my day was gonna come. I now ride a Harley, keeps me a little more grounded.
Not the most powerful 1000 but the best 1000 for the road. More power than you need and silky smooth. Honda’s are meant to ridden without electronics for the pure experience. 2012 Fireblade owner, only managed one ticket so far. Not sure why there aren’t more. You will end up with one eventually.
Honestly CBR1000is the only Bike Im actually thinking of buying again... Never done that b4 not even with my cars. I loved my modded 08 Fire Blade, stand up days were the best days.

I had an older 1000RR and if not the fastest or most exciting it was the nicest sport bike to ride that I've had, just something about Hondas. I haven't gotten to ride the new one but I'm sure it's amazing

Since 2008 1000rr has been one of the most underrated and most reliable bikes on the road. Minus the recall on the 08s for the engine tick which Honda warrantied. My 2008 was bought used and 14 months after the recall had lapsed Honda still warrantied my recal cost. They paid 2000 something i paid 400 something in labor cost. Tuned with exhaust these bikes are crazy.
i have the exact bike hate the windscreen, but otherwise love everything about it. The adjustable engine braking feature is actually killer when you're just crusing in the city. the clutch is crazy smooth
We recently did one up at the shop I work at. Installed an M4 Street Slayer exhaust, PC5 and custom tune, FTECU flash and other misc items. That bike was mad scary!
I have this exact bike with the exact same Akrapovic exhaust. Before it I had an 08 R6 then an 07 CBR 1000RR. This 2017 is simply perfection. So effortlessly powerful and smooth. Sounds incredible.
Dude I test ride the same year CBR1000 and it was amazing! Made me want to get one. The R1 feels good in the turns and it’s a monster on the straights.
I got a 2016 R1s and I felt the same way about wheelies as you did for a long time, but even with wheelie control on the lowest setting the bike actually still is extremely effective at preventing even clutch ups. You just need to turn that off and hold on lol.
I just got my endorsement about 2 weeks ago, and after about 10 days of riding on my buddy's 600cc 2009 Yamaha FZ6R, I'm already craving more power lol. I'm really loving Honda's bikes, so I'm probably gonna look into my own CBR1000RR when I'm not broke as hell!

ZX-10R, CBR1000RR, and GSX-R1000 all have some decent mid-range, due to bore/stroke ratio. The R1 and S1000RR are short stroke oversquare engines that need piles of revs to access HP.

I just bought Ninja 650 2017, don’t get me wrong I ❤️ my baby, but I sat on that cbr and fell in Love 😍 didn’t get a chance to ride it but, the weight on the bike is lighter than my 650.

Jus got my 2018 CBR1000RR last month & I'm comin from a GSXR-750. My health went to shit so i sold the 750.. big sway to choose the CBR was to go with a lighter bike easier clutch pull an the throttle feels so damn smooth compared to the GSXR which feels like a race throttle. Also the CBR feels like a 600cc at 430 lbs with the heavier components at the bottom of the bike can throw it around so easy and i weight 115 pounds atm cause of health 😅. All around great bike only wish it was Brembo brakes stock

I went to the SP from my GIxxer 750. The power difference is amazing. New CBR is the best superbike there is now.
